Kim Zolciak is cleaning house, starting with her daughter’s childhood bedroom.

On Tuesday, April 8, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 46, took to her Instagram Story to publicly sell off the bedroom set of her daughter Ariana Biermann, 23, with a mere five-digit price tag.

“Ariana’s bedroom furniture is for sale $10,000 hand painted perfect condition,” reads the text, along with a photo of the fully furnished baby pink-centric bedroom in the Alpharetta, Ga. home.

The post also noted that the furniture was originally bought for $43,657, and everything is available for “pick up only.” Though she doesn’t specify if the furniture can be purchased all together or separately, buyers may have their pick of the canopy platform bed, a set of sky blue dressers, a multi-colored wardrobe, a white desk with a cheetah-clothed chair and other pieces of decor.

The potential sale of the furniture comes just three months after the “Tardy for the Party” singer and her estranged husband, former NFL player Kroy Biermann, 39, officially sold the property, according to property records. As reported by PEOPLE, the 15,700-square-foot property was first listed in October 2023 for $6 million, but ultimately sold for $2.75 million.

In December, Ariana, who was legally adopted by Kroy in July 2013 along with her sister Brielle Biermann, 27, shared an official goodbye to her childhood bedroom and home in a TikTok posted on Christmas Day.

“Last Christmas in my childhood home,” she captioned the video, where she’s seen walking through multiple rooms of the nearly empty house, “thank you god for the amazing memories w my family - goodbye.”

The former couple, who also share four additional children - Kroy "KJ" Jagger Jr., 13, Kash Kade, 12, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 11 - jointly filed for divorce in May 2023.

After deciding to reconcile their nearly 12-year relationship in July 2023 — in an attempt to "make it work for the kids" — Kroy refiled for divorce by August of that same year. In Zolciak’s original filing, she reported that the marriage was "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation."

Kroy filed for divorce for a third time in February, per E! News.

Back in November 2011, Zolciak and Kroy married at the Georgia mansion. The lead-up and wedding ceremony were documented in the first season of Zolciak’s spin-off series, Don’t Be Tardy, which ran for eight seasons from 2012 to 2020.
