Kenya Moore Slams Andy Cohen's Radio Co-Host for 'Sexual Assault' Comment - lulu

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore called out the co-host of Bravo producer Andy Cohen's radio show for likening her showing explicit photos of her co-star, Brit Eady, to sexual assault.

"The two 'co-hosts' are extremely ignorant," Moore posted in a comment on the podcast on Instagram. "'Sexual assault' is rape."

Why It Matters

Moore's accusations raise fresh questions about the boundaries of reality television and how networks handle internal conflict. In the episode that aired on Sunday, Moore displayed sexual photos of Eady, which were blurred by Bravo, and said they were provided to her by a private investigator.

The action was widely interpreted as an act of revenge after previous confrontations between the two cast members, prompting Bravo to suspend Moore and end her filming for the rest of the season.

What To Know

Moore, who joined RHOA in Season 5 and became a central figure, has been outspoken about the circumstances surrounding her suspension. In a comment about Cohen's podcast, Moore said she was "sick of the bias and selective outrage." Moore added that the comments made on Cohen's podcast should "not have aired."

On Cohen's SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live, Cohen recounted the argument between Moore and Eady. He noted that during a previous episode, Eady said she had a gun, and that she tried to apologize to Moore during her salon grand opening, which aired on Sunday's episode.

In the wake of the #MeToo movement, Cohen's co-host John Hill said showing someone else a nude photo of a person without them asking to see it is "sexual assault." Jordan Fazio, a senior producer on the SiriusXM show, called the photos that were displayed "revenge porn."

Moore questioned the characterization of the photos as "revenge porn," questioning in the comment on Instagram if showing Kim Kardashian's sex tape would be revenge porn.

"You don't want activated Kenya," Moore commented. "I shouldn't have shown at my event, but for the love of God, why would they ignore a clear gun threat?"

Earlier in the season, Eady, after an argument with Moore, had implied she was armed, saying on camera, "I got whips, pistols, everything," a moment that Moore previously referenced as a threat to her safety.

After Sunday's episode aired, Moore posted on Instagram that she wished the RHOA cast an "incredible season" and thanked her friends and family for "loving me flaws and all." She's also reposted messages of support from people who want her back on the show.

What People Are Saying

Brit Eady, in a post on Instagram: "I'm still standing strong no matter what."

Cynthia Bailey told US Weekly: "I know that losing Kenya didn't help us at all. We were literally the dream team. Bravo spent a lot of time curating their vision for season 16 with exactly the cast that started this whole season 16 journey together, and it's just really unfortunate that the fans don't get to see it play out with that official cast that they put together."

Kenya Moore on the Tamron Hall show in November: "Things took a really dark turn toward me ... There were threats in my direction. I told the producers I'm concerned, I'm scared ... and they made me feel like I was being a Black Karen. You can't invalidate my feelings."

What's Next

Bravo has not commented further beyond the initial suspension and Moore's future with the franchise remains uncertain. While Season 16 continues airing Sundays on Bravo and streaming on Peacock, her absence from confessionals and cast promotions signals a possible long-term separation.
