Kenya Moore Reveals She Is Planning to Sell Her House, Moore Manor: Details

Kenya Moore spent years creating her dream house (watch the video above for a tour), and The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member has continued to upgrade it with incredible fixtures, amenities, and furniture. As she told BravoTV.com in May 2022, “Renovations in my house never end.”

How to Watch
Well, after adding a pool in 2021 and perfecting her surrounding outdoor space shortly after, Kenya may finally be done with home updates — but not for the reason you might think. When asked in a May 2023 interview with BravoTV.com about her future plans for Moore Manor, Kenya surprisingly answered, “Moving.”

“At some point, yeah, I need a little bit more space,” she continued. “I don’t have room for a gym in the home, and I have a full gym in storage. Like, I literally have a full gym in storage, and I don’t have anywhere to put it. Just things like that. I want a little dance studio. I want a guest house.”

When she is ready to make a move out of Moore Manor, Kenya has a unique idea for how to find a buyer. “I will sell it at auction for a pretty penny to the person [who] can afford the most iconic house in Atlanta,” she said, laughing.

“I want to do a live auction, an international live auction,” she added. “Highest bidder… No other Housewife has done it. I’m going to do it. I’m going to set up a whole big portal. It’s going to be amazing. I’m going to do a live auction for my house.”

Yes, that includes the luxury pieces inside Moore Manor as well. “I’ll do a live auction for the furniture, some custom artwork that I’ve done. It’s going to be like Sotheby’s,” she said. “I think I would sell every piece of furniture in that house.”

As we know, Kenya has “some great furniture” in her stunning home. “Some I’m in love with, some is OK,” she said. “I can part with it.”

In the video above, Kenya shows some of her favorite rooms in the house. The “bright and clean and fresh” primary bathroom has a freestanding tub and a toilet she “splurged” on. “It knows how you like your music, it knows how hot you want your seat to be when you sit down, it cleans you, front and rear,” she explained. “And when you’re done, it actually sanitizes itself.” Her glam room, meanwhile, features custom glittering glass wallpaper and an “amazing” chandelier.
