Kenya Moore wants people to know that while Marlo Hampton may have been trying to make the rules of their Real Housewives of Atlanta cast trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains, she wasn’t the one footing the bill.
After fans watched the women butt heads, as they’ve done throughout the season, about everything from Marlo’s comment about Kenya supposedly not carrying daughter Brooklyn to Kenya’s claims about how Marlo makes her money, Kenya took to her Twitter page to set the record straight — and lash out at her castmate’s “hateful and toxic” behavior.
On July 17, after a reality fan page said, “Production paid for the trip, not Marlo,” Kenya weighed in.
“Facts,” she replied.
Kenya also reacted to a fan who suggested that Marlo should be more worried about the whereabouts of her nephews, who she sent to live temporarily with her sister on last week’s show, than Kenya’s daughter, who Kenya chose to keep away from the house where the cast was staying.
“Marlo you don’t need to be asking where Brooklyn is. Do you know where your nephews are that you dropped?” the fan asked.
In response, Kenya said there were “no lies detected.”
As her tweets continued, Kenya shaded Marlo for gaslighting and continuously coming for her and Kandi Burruss.
“Marlo and this manipulative speech. Girl please,” a viewer had written.
“Gaslighting,” Kenya replied.
“We have all seen the way she comes after me and [Kandi Burruss] in every episode so stop with the [fake]. [We see you],” Kenya stated.
And in another tweet, Kenya wrote about someone that is “hateful and toxic.”
Kenya went on to take aim at Marlo’s disgusting attacks on her and Kandi, who she labeled as “hoes” earlier this season.
“I have to live in my truth. I cannot be fake for a TV show. After being dragged and seeing all disgusting attacks on me and [Kandi Burruss] we weren’t even aware of… I was right,” Kenya tweeted, adding hashtags for “toxic” and “fake.”
Kandi also spoke of the matter on Twitter after seeing that a fan had pointed out the way in which Marlo had been trash-talking her behind her back.
“I’m sure if [Kandi Burruss] saw all the things Marlo was saying about her during filming she’ll wouldn’t have gone on the trip either,” the person stated.
“Right,” Kandi agreed. “I didn’t even know that I was getting dragged like that.”
