Kenya Moore Denied Breaking The Law When Displaying Brit Eady’s Pornographic Photos

kenya revenge pornKenya Moore created her own confessional after Bravo TV phased her off Real Housewives of Atlanta to tell her side of what went down with her ‘revenge’ porn Brit Eady … and a claim Porsha Williams made on her YouTube page.

Gone With the Wind (Fabulous?):

Kenya started with Porsha’s claim. “Porsha alluded to another Housewife sending me the photos of the now-infamous photos that were shown during my spa opening.”

“Number one. That’s a lie,” declared Brooklyn’s mom. “The photos were online, on various porn sites. Many porn sites. I don’t watch porn. I’m not a porn expert.”

“The investigators and everyone involved – not including Drew Sidora – found those images. And they’re still there. We did not get those photos from any person. They came directly from a search online.”

Porn, just not revenge porn:

Kenya assured her audience she did not engage in anything illegal. “The photos that were revealed were not considered ‘revenge porn.’ I engaged a local attorney who advised me about the federal law as well as the Georgia state law. I shared photos that were readily available online.” Kenya continued, “I did not commit revenge porn. I shared a publicly available photo that was accessible online.”

“If I showed Kim Kardashian’s sex tape right now, is that revenge porn? It’s not.”

Deflection by Kenya:

“I’ve already said [what I did] was wrong. I am very sorry that I shared the photos because it isn’t right.” She continued, “I did not break the law, and I’m very sorry for what I did.”

“I don’t understand why any person would come on reality tv when they’ve done things in the past or are currently doing things that they don’t want found out. Why?!”

“And then to give someone a reason to expose you?! In the words of Samuel L. Jackson, ‘Am I the only sane motherf*cker here?'”
