Katie Price has continued to spark concern with her changing appearance as she took to Facebook with a slew of new snaps on Monday.

The ex glamour model, 46, was bombarded with comments from worried fans after she showed off her very taut visage and dramatic weight loss.

Katie wore a pair of skimpy teddy bear pyjamas which displayed her incredibly lean physique while posing in front of a full length mirror. 

The TV personality, who is renowned for her love of plastic surgery and has undergone a whopping six face lifts, slicked back her long wet raven locks before styling it and flashing a huge smile. 

While Katie captioned the post: 'Self care' concerned fans commented: 'Self care is having a positive view of your body, and you don't have that. Talk to a counselor and come back to reality': 'Have sad  you were so beautiful now you’re unrecognisable'

Despite fan concerns Katie recently insisted she is in 'a really good place' after cleaning up her diet despite sparking fan concern with her drastic weight loss.

The former glamour model explained how eating the wrong foods had left her 'puffy' and people got used to seeing her 'bigger' over recent years.

Following her weight loss, she has been questioned by fans as to whether she has been taking Ozempic injections or similar, which she has denied on multiple occasions.

Reiterating that she dropped the pounds naturally, Katie said that she simply 'watches what she eats' and does more exercise.

Speaking in an interview with The Sun, she explained: 'I was eating the wrong things. 

'Potatoes pasta, carbs, they just puffed me up and made me fart but I've cleaned up my diet a lot and eat better things so now I don't fart.'

Meanwhile Katie has admitted she was 'heartbroken' because her son Harvey's weight has gone up to nearly 30 stone, leaving him struggling to walk and at risk of losing his life.

She took to her Snapchat on Sunday to explain how the 22-year-old's size was affecting his quality of life and putting him at risk of a heart attack.

Harvey is blind, autistic, has septo-optic dysplasia, and is one of the 2,000 people in the UK with Prader-Willi syndrome, a genetic disorder.

A recognised symptom of his Prader-Willi syndrome is constant hunger, leaving Katie fearful for Harvey's health without further intervention, after already trying a number of different weight loss strategies over the years.

In a new video, the mother-of-five gave fans a health update on her eldest child, admitting: 'I'm so heartbroken and gutted that his weight is just going up. 

'I just googled it in stones, 188kg is just a few kg of being 30 stone. It's so now, I'm still waiting for the doctors to get back to me starting on the Mounjaro and his journey to a healthy life.'

Mounjaro is the brand name for the drug tirzepatide, and has been hailed as the 'King Kong' of slimming jabs - more effective for shifting the pounds than similar drugs like Ozempic.

She went on to say how difficult it was watching Harvey's ongoing fight, but vowed she would get him through it.

Katie said: 'It's so sad his quality of life at the moment where he's so big, he just can't really do much.

'It’s just another thing I have to deal with because he's at high risk of having a heart attack, he struggles to put his trainers or struggles to walk anywhere but I love him and I'm going to help him through this.

'So sad, obesity and his condition is sad, it's sad to see someone go through it and he doesn't understand.'

In February, Katie revealed that Harvey was to start using weight loss jabs in a bid to help improve his life.

The TV star explained that her eldest was beginning a course of an Ozempic-style jab after consulting with his doctors.

Speaking to The Sun to raise awareness, she explained that Harvey's doctors have advised he may be taking the jabs for up to two years.
