Katie Price appears to have made herself at home after swapping her notorious 'Mucky Mansion' for a smart Tudor-style property in the Sussex countryside.
The former glamour model, who was declared bankrupt for a second time in 2024, is understood to be renting the sprawling home at a cost of £5,000 a month.
Price, 46, originally left her £2million family home last May after claiming vandals had poured corrosive acid over her car while it was parked outside the property.
The detached, nine-bedroom pile - notoriously referred to as the Mucky Mansion due to its shabby condition - was later sold for £1.5million in December.
Now, neighbours are understood to be alarmed by the mounting rubbish outside her new home, given the well publicised issues with her former property.
New pictures of her current address reveal telltale signs of the same disarray, with bloated bin bags surrounding an overflowing wheelie-bin.

Large pieces of masonry and empty cardboard boxes can also be seen on the grass and alongside the house, next to a folded wheelchair - possibly used by Price after she broke both her feet while holidaying in Turkey.
Price had previously admitted she was unable to obtain car insurance following six driving bans and numerous speeding tickets.
But the black Nissan Jeep she recently hired from a local car rental service appeared to be parked in the drive, alongside four additional vehicles.
Ahead of Price's departure from her former home last May, a source told The Sun: 'Katie has been dreading this day for so long but now it is here, she can't wait to leave.
'The house has caused her so much grief and was too much to handle on her own. With work and the kids it all became too much in recent years. And she's convinced it's haunted.'

Speaking about the West Sussex property, she said: 'I absolutely hate the Mucky Mansion, even how it's been called the Mucky Mansion because of all the stuff that happened there before.
