Tom Schwartz reportedly hooked up with Raquel Leviss while in Cancun, Mexico, for Scheana Shay and Brock Davies‘ wedding on Tuesday, August 23. And according to a new report, they were unsuccessful in hiding their apparent connection from Tom’s estranged wife, Katie Maloney.
Amid production on the upcoming 10th season of Vanderpump Rules, an insider claims Katie caught Tom and Raquel “heavily making out” as their rumored romance reportedly heated up amid their getaway, causing “tension” between the previously friendly exes.
“Prior to the actual ceremony, the day of, I saw Tom and Raquel heavily making out in the cenote, which is an underwater cave. Several other people did too as it was not that private of an area,” an eyewitness revealed to Hollywood Life on August 27. “Katie went off and cameras were rolling on the entire thing. She was screaming at them, and they were yelling back.”
As Pump Rules fans may have heard, Tom and Raquel started off Scheana and Brock’s wedding week by getting “cozy” at the couple’s “Welcome White Party” on Sunday, August 21. And while they “were trying to keep their make-out sessions private,” the source explained, “they were not doing a very good job at it.”
“I saw them kissing several times,” the insider said. “That same day, but prior to that incident, I saw them making out in the spa area. They had their hands all over each other.”
They also allegedly got into it at Scheana and Brock’s after-party, where Raquel’s former fiancé, James Kennedy, was DJing (James’ girlfriend, Ally Lewber, was also in attendance).
“Tom and Raquel were also making out at the after-party,” the eyewitness revealed. “I did not see Tom’s ex Katie there, but James was there. He did not seem to care one bit and was just spinning music for everyone He was in a great mood.”
While Katie hasn’t directly addressed the swirling rumors about Tom and Raquel, she and former Pump Rules castmate Kristen Doute hosted a seance upon their return to Los Angeles, where they appeared to target Tom.
“Hex on an ex or conjuring new boyfriends?” they asked in a joint Instagram post, which featured the two of them sitting on the ground with their palms facing up and several objects between them.
