Kim was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold reportedly after an altercation with Kyle last month.

She was taken to a hospital by ambulance for her 'incoherent' behavior. At the time, she was reported to be staying at a Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

Per TMZ, law enforcement sources said that Kyle claimed that Kim was 'in deep trouble over her sobriety' and that their entire family was 'worried about her survival.'

At the time, an 'incident' occurred between the siblings in Encino, where Kyle 'owns a home that Kim had recently been staying in.'

LAPD officers are said to have 'responded to keep the peace after a female reportedly violated a restraining order.'

Following an investigation, the officers 'determined there was no order on file and no crime was committed.'

Both parties were informed of eviction process and officers kept the peace,' the officials told the outlet.

The officials, however, could not verify if it was Kim and Kyle that were involved 'in the scuffle.'

Kim's struggle with sobriety was documented during her time on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

In their reality show's first season, which aired in 2010, Kyle accused Kim of being an alcoholic during a tense exchange. A year later, she entered rehab.

In April 2015, Kim was arrested for public intoxication at the Beverly Hills Hotel. That same year, she went to a treatment facility in Malibu.

In 2016, she recalled her addiction issues beginning after her split from her second husband, Gregg Davis in 1991. 'I started noticing I was drinking a lot,' she recalled. 'That’s when my issue started.'
