Although Jesse Lally and Kristen Doute clashed on Season 1 of The Valley after she made accusations that Jesse’s then-wife Michelle Saniei was cheating on him, the two have put their differences aside. Kristen even declared she’s Team Jesse in the divorce, and in the above preview for Season 2’s Episode 3, Jesse confides in Kristen and her fiancé Luke Broderick his theory on Michelle's new relationship.
“I don’t actually know what’s going on with Michelle. She’s most likely with her boyfriend for the last two years,” Jesse tells them.
Aaron Nosler and Michelle went public with their relationship in the months after Michelle and Jesse separated. But Jesse has been vocal about his theory that their coupling started earlier than they claim.
“Nothing about Aaron and Michelle adds up. I think there was a situation that happened with the two of them while I was married,” Jesse says. “She swears up and down that Aaron had said that he would never date a married woman or never date a woman with a kid.”
But Jesse lays out his evidence for Michelle and Aaron having an affair in the preview.

Jesse shares with Kristen and Luke the first part of his theory that Michelle was cheating: wearing makeup on hikes.
“There was a time Michelle got all done up one day, and she started to do these hikes in the morning — these walks to Runyon,” he explains.
Kristen agrees it was suspicious. “In LA, in the summer, at the top of that skinny mountain? You’re not wearing a drop of makeup,” she comments in her confessional.
Jesse drops another detail about the hikes, and claims Michelle didn’t wear her wedding ring on the treks.
“And I’d be like, ‘Why aren’t you wearing your wedding ring?’ She’s like, ‘Well the diamond, I don’t feel super safe walking the streets,’” he says, and added he’d follow up with, ‘But what about your wedding band?’”

Part two of Jesse’s theory about Michelle and Aaron involved a condiment.
“There’s just too many things,” he tells Luke and Kristen. “You know, like his honey company that’s been in my cabinet for two years.”
ICYMI, Aaron sells his brand of organic white honey, in addition to being a financial advisor.
“And when I got his Instagram on New Year’s Day, I click on his profile, and I click on that honey company, and I’m like, ‘The motherf—king honey,’” Jesse shares with Kristen and Luke. “I remember going to Whole Foods, and I’d say [to Michelle], ‘I can’t find the honey.’ She goes, ‘I get it at a place near Runyon.’ Where is his house?”
“A place near Runyon?” Luke guesses, and Jesse confirms.
Kristen and Luke agree Aaron’s home in Runyon, Michelle’s hikes in Runyon, and her love of Aaron’s honey company before they began dating are solid evidence, but Jesse drops another bomb during the preview.
“Michelle and I had a conversation before the summer where she admitted to cheating on me,” he says in his confessional. “I’m 90 percent sure that this person was Aaron, and if it wasn’t, then she cheated on me twice.”
