Jennifer Tilly and her fellow Los Angelenos are experiencing wildfire devastation like never before.
In case you missed it: At least 70,000 people were ordered to evacuate the northern Los Angeles area following hurricane force wind gusts that exacerbated the three blazes that formed just yesterday.
The fires are 0% contained as emergency workers struggle to battle fast-moving blazes.
According to CNN, this is the most destructive fire in Los Angeles County history.
“The Palisades Fire, burning in the seaside area between Malibu and Santa Monica, has already destroyed at least 1,000 structures, making it the most destructive to ever occur in Los Angeles County,according to CalFire data. The Eaton Fire, burning in Altadena, ballooned to more than 10,000 acres Tuesday and is now threatening about 13,000 buildings.”
Of the many affected is Bravo’s own Jennifer Tilly.
Jennifer Evacuates
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer shared to her instagram followers that she was evacuating her home.
“Phil and I had to evacuate to the Commerce Casino,” she captioned her photo on Tuesday, January 7.
The Chucky star also shared a video where you can hear just how intensely strong the wind is from inside of her room at the Commerce Casino.
In the video she speaks to how “spooky” and “scary” her night has been during her evacuation.
In addition to Jennifer fleeing, reports have come out that The Hills’ Spencer and Heidi Pratt, Paris Hilton, as well as actors, Adam Brody and Leighton Meester, and Mandy Moore, have completely lost their homes to the Palisades fires.
We are thinking and praying for all of those affected to these devastating fires. We especially are with the brave men and women who are risking their lives to fight them.
