Jax Taylor finally moved out of the family house, seemingly allowing Brittany Cartwright and their son, Cruz, to move back in. The Kentucky native and her son have been Airbnb hopping for several months while Jax stayed in the house.
The Valley‘s villain and his pensive stare take their mess to Instagram:
“It will take some time for my new place to feel like a home, but it will get there.” The former SUR bartender continued, “One hour at a time, one day at a time.”
In case you missed it, Jax spent 30 days in an in-patient rehabilitation center while season 2 of The Valley filmed. “Brittany was supportive of Jax’s decision to seek help for their son’s sake. However, going forward, she’s not interested in having anything to do with him.”

Brittany and Jax have one child together, their 3-year-old son Cruz. “Brittany’s seeking primary legal and physical custody … but is open to visitation for Jax.”
The date of separation as January 24, 2024, but it is unknown exactly when Jax was served divorce papers. What we do know is that Jax arranged for to have Bravo cameras set up to re-serve him the papers while at Jax’s Studio City.4
“At this time, the pair aren’t capable of being in the same room together or being in communication with one another.” The source continued, “Brittany has reached her limit and remains strong to do what is best for herself and her son. During this time, she’s received support from her family and friends.”
