“Vanderpump Rules” alums James Kennedy and Ally Lewber are reportedly “all but broken up” after he was arrested for domestic violence.

The couple “still talk and check in with each other, but Ally is living her own life” after moving out of their shared home in December 2024, a source told the US Sun Tuesday.

“She’s focusing on her own peace and healing and her astrology career, and James is not her priority right now,” the insider told the outlet.

The source further noted that their time apart has “made [Lewber] realize he’s not healthy for her and it’s better for both of them if they broke up for good.”

Although Lewber, 29, plans to decide on the future of their relationship “any day now,” Kennedy, 32, “is still holding out false hope,” according to the report.

The couple began dating in January 2022, shortly after Kennedy ended his engagement to Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

On Dec. 10, the DJ was arrested after he and Lewber got into a fight following their attendance at Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party.

An eyewitness said at the time that they had called 911 when they saw Kennedy allegedly grab Lewber and throw her on the ground. However, when cops showed up, they did not see any bruises or injuries on Lewber.

Kennedy was taken away in cuffs and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence before being released on $20,000 bail.

At the time, a spy told Page Six that the Bravolebrity had been acting off during the party and “sped across the carpet like he was trying to avoid everyone.”

“The vibes were weird,” the insider told us.

Five days after Kennedy’s arrest, Lewber was seen moving her things out of their shared home in the San Fernando Valley and thanked her followers for their support via Instagram Stories.

“I’m OK and taking the time I need right now. I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time.”

Kennedy also spoke out about the situation with a statement on Instagram, telling his 1 million followers, “I am committed to making meaningful changes in my life.

“I am taking time to focus on my sobriety, personal growth, and being present for my loved ones.”

He added, “Navigating challenging moments is not easy, but I am determined to learn, grow, and move forward with the incredible support system around me.”

After Kennedy’s run-in with the law, his exes Kristen Doute and Leviss, 30, called the news unsurprising, as they both have also accused him of being physically and emotionally abusive.

Page Six also revealed Bravo and production company Evolve Media had previously investigated Kennedy after he allegedly attacked a woman with whom he had been in a relationship.

Although it is unclear how the investigation concluded, the entire cast of “Vanderpump Rules” was scraped after wrapping up Season 11.
