Jalen Ramsey Trade 'Heating Up' Amid Eagles and Bills Rumors - suong

NFL draft: Rams' picks strengthen Jalen Ramsey reunion rumors - Los Angeles TimesThe Buffalo Bills may have addressed their key needs at the cornerback position, but that doesn't mean they are done improving the roster.

Same goes for the Philadelphia Eagles, who have young talent ... but who are driven by the always-greedy GM Howie Roseman.

Buffalo may be limited in cap space, but the team can use as much help in the secondary as they can get in a crowded AFC. And an All-Pro cornerback from one of their biggest rivals may be part of that help.

The Miami Dolphins are looking to trade Jalen Ramsey to another team this offseason. So much so that while the team isn't looking to give away the veteran star right away, they are still going go inevitably get a deal done.

"We had conversations ... with teams. Whenever it happens, we will make the deal at the appropriate time," general manager Chris Grier said recently. Whenever those opportunities arise."

ESPN's Adam Schefter is suggesting that time is coming, with quotes attached to his reporting using the words "heating up'' as it relates to trade talks.

"There's more interest in Jalen Ramsey than people realize,'' said Schefter, once again displaying his knack for saying something ... without necessarily saying anything.

Anyway ...

At 30 years old, Ramsey's career may allow him one more big run.

The Los Angeles Rams are openly talking of a reunion.

The Bills? They should be more interested in the veteran corner than other organizations as they can see themselves as being "one piece away.''

And the rumors of the Super Bowl champs from Philly being a landing spot aren't going away, either.

There is an issue regarding money and there is an issue of timing; any deal will be timed as a post-June 1 move so Miami can spread out its financial impact.

But the Dolphins' desire to move Ramsey is such an open secret that we still think somebody - and not Miami - is going to end up "winning the trade.''

And the Bills and the Eagles have every reason to be sniffing around here.
