JACK Fincham's loved ones are begging the Love Island star to "stay healthy" as he takes his split from girlfriend Chloe Brockett hard.
The 33-year-old sparked fears with "frantic" posts trying to contact a friend and a rant about his family "falling apart".
He also posted an old picture on his social media of him with Chloe - despite not being together.
Jack - who has battled drug addiction issues - recently dodged jail after overturning a prison sentence on appeal.
A few weeks later, The Sun revealed he had broken up with Towie star Chloe, who he has been living with for the past year.
A source told The Sun: "Jack has been through a lot but has been doing so well lately.
Jack posted on Instagram over the weekend: "The most dangerous people are those who have nothing to lose."
He also posted about his family in a rare rant on his Instagram stories, writing: "My nan held our family together. And since in my opinion my family FOR ME has fell apart.
"I love my mum and my brother. But other than that, I'd rather make my own way.
"She was the glue. As for my granddad. He should be ashamed."
The reason behind the alleged family fallout is unknown.
Chloe and Jack split for the sixth time earlier this month after a string of heated rows.
Over the last two years, Chloe, 24, and Jack, 33, have repeatedly broken up and then got back together.
Jack moved out of their shared home while Chloe made plans to find her own place.
The Sun has reached out to Jack's rep for comment.
