“I’ve lost myself completely” – Chloe Brockett breaks down in emotional confession after splitting from Jack Fincham again and vows to rebuild her life from day one with a 6am self-help challenge - suong
Chloe Brockett has admitted she has lost herself following her split from Love Island star Jack Fincham. The 24-year-old The Only Way Is Essex star has been in an on-off romance with Jack, 34, since 2019.
But the once happy romance collapsed again earlier this month and now the pair are rebuilding their lives as singletons. The split may have hit Chloe hard, however, as she has confessed she is not feeling herself.Taking to Instagram Stories on Wednesday, the ITV star shared a heartfelt update after fans connected with her following her break up. She admitted she was feeling uneasy - but went on to explain she has devised a way to pick herself up.
She told followers: "I'm going to try and talk to you more on here because yesterday the amount of messages I got was crazy. But even in other aspects of my life I feel like I've completely lost myself. I used to be the most ambitious, driven person."
She continued: "I lived by manifestation and was constantly writing down things about what I want to do next and how I'm going to improve myself. Over the last year, I don't know what happened, but it just felt like that motivation is gone.

"I see glimmers of it and I have ideas and I just never run with it. I don't know why, I just had this idea that if I maybe like sharing with you guys, the steps I'm taking to try and get back to myself, like, it's day one."
She went on: "So I don't know what I'm going to try and do, but I just didn't know if there is anyone else feeling like how I feel or feeling like they've completely lost themselves and if this will benefit anyone else. Because if it does, then let me know."
Sounding upbeat, she said: "Maybe I could have a little community on here of women or whoever that are trying to get back to themselves and how we are doing it.
"For me it's going to be waking up early because I never wake up early. I wake up early and do things I enjoy. I want to go to Pilates and do things that make me happy. And then also getting driven with my career again. My podcasts and stuff like that. Even if no one listens. Just bring it back.
"I just want to be honest and open with you guys because it's so easy to think everything's perfect on social media and everyone's life is great just because they have been in the public eye.
"I'm so lucky in so many aspects of my life. I'm so lucky that I've got a beautiful home and beautiful car, but I have completely lost myself and I just want to get back to who I was and I want to share it with you guys. And maybe build a little community."
Chloe then shared a story about how her friend Ashley, who she has only ever connected to via social media, had given her an idea to do a "30 day challenge". She explained: "I'm going to do a 30 day challenge of basically just doing things and trying to better myself. So I'm to get up at 6. I'm going to do it. I'm going to commit to the challenge.
"Tomorrow, if anyone wants to get up at 6 with me, I'm getting messages from people, 'I'm a new mum, I'll already be up.' I'm going to try and do an hours worth of Yoga or meditation or even just got to the gym, and I'm going to get up and try to do things for me."
She went on to urge other people to join her on the challenge and vowed to share updates - and asked her followers to share their stories too. She added that she is not "a guru", but encouraged both male and female followers to join her regardless.
Chloe then shared a screenshot from a fan showing that they had set an alarm for 6am and vowed to follow her example. The reality star added a caption stating: "Now I'm crying... you guys are bloody amazing."
Earlier this week, Jack confirmed that his romance with Chloe was over during a Q&A with fans. The aspiring sportsman was asked if he was still dating the reality star and he confirmed in the negative.
He wrote via Instagram Stories on Tuesday: "No. It’s a single summer of boxing and working as hard as I can.”
