“I’m Joe Giudice. I served my time, and I’ve been deported from the U.S. for nearly a decade,” Joe wrote in the post’s caption. “I was raised in Jersey, I’m a father of four amazing daughters, and I just want to be allowed to visit them again.”

He continued: “President Trump, I respect you and I’m asking for a second chance. @realdonaldtrump @donaldjtrumpjr.”

To conclude the post, Joe added the hashtags: “#PardonJoeGiudice #FamilyMatters #SecondChances #trump2024.”

Among the images included in the post’s carousel were photos of Joe with his daughters, Gia, 23, Gabriella, 20, Milania, 19, and Audriana, 15, over the years.

Joe’s family, including ex-wife Teresa, expressed their support for Joe in the comments section.

Teresa and Joe filed for bankruptcy in 2009, citing an $11 million debt. Five years later, they were indicted on fraud charges, eventually pleading guilty. Teresa served 11 months of a 15-month sentence in prison from January to December 2015. Joe served 41 months in prison. After his prison stint, Joe was deported back to his native Italy.

Teresa filed for divorce from Joe at the end of 2019 and they ultimately finalized proceedings in September 2020.

Last month, Teresa spoke about the experience and shared why she initially was in disbelief about the whole situation when it came to light.

“When it all happened, I didn’t know. I thought it was all a joke. For me anyway,” Teresa said on the May 12 episode of Gia’s “Casual Chaos” podcast. ‘With your father, obviously I knew. For the government to come knocking on your door, there was something going on.”

Reflecting on the moment authorities came to their home looking for Joe, Teresa added, “I was never arrested, never handcuffed, never shackled. Thank you, God. At least that was one good thing.”

Teresa reflected that she was oblivious to a lot of the financial aspects going on within her marriage and believed the arrest was “all a joke.”

“I recently found out, now, that I thought I bought a house. I thought I bought two houses, because I really wasn’t really paying attention to the whole thing,” Teresa said. “I guess stupid of me, but not really because I wasn’t involved in your father’s business. I thought it was all a joke.”
