LOVE Island host Maya Jama made a dramatic return to the villa tonight as two stars were dumped from the show.
Islanders were ordered to line up in their couples as Maya announced the results of the latest public vote for their favourite boy and girl.
Yasmin and Toni topped the girls’ vote, while Cach and Ty led the boys.
“I’m buzzing — I thought everyone hated me!” said Yasmin.
Toni, reflecting on her comeback, smiled: “Not too long ago I was in the bottom. Something must’ve changed — redemption arc!”
Maya revealed the bottom three girls were Billykiss, Emma, and Angel and the bottom three boys were Boris, Conor, and Harry.
With the fewest votes, Emma and Boris were dumped from the island, ending Casa Amor’s most talked-about comeback and Love Island’s biggest love triangle.
Both Emma and Boris had entered the villa as Casa Amor bombshells.
Emma is Harry’s ex-girlfriend of four years and had been trying to rekindle things — to no avail.
Asked if living under the same roof changed anything, Harry said, “Yeah, I think so.
"I feel like I could pick up the phone to her now, so something good came from it.”
Emma disagreed: “It’s confirmed we’re not right for each other. His actions in here solidified that for me.”
She added, “I’ll always have his back if he needs me — though I’d rather he didn’t call me… but if he must, fine.”
The other Islanders were left in shock as they said their goodbyes to the pair.
Emma and Boris both arrived during the annual Casa Amor twist - designed to test the existing Islanders.
Once in the main villa, they initially coupled up with Conor and Billykiss respectively.
More recently, the bombshells had been exploring a connection with each.
Meanwhile, one viewer wrote on X: "Emma and Boris looked like they ended things before even leaving the villa lol."
Another added: "Emma was just getting started… now she’s gone. I’m logging off."
A third shared: "It was predictable that Emma and Boris were the least favourite, I need for Megan, Dejon and Harry and Helena to be separated."
While a fourth remarked: "Boris and Emma know they’re never speaking to each other again."
Love Island airs on ITV2 and ITVX.
