The Bachelorette notable told his followers in an Instagram video: "That's my new key to my new house right here. I just bought this house."
He then let his fans know that his house was going to be a "brand new project" he'd be working on and asked his fans to send ideas as he gave a tour of the property.
The U.S. Sun has exclusively learned, according to real estate records, that Tyler signed the deed to his new home on May 17, 2023, right before he went to New Zealand to film Special Forces.
The property, located in Hobe Sound, Florida, was initially listed for $900,000, but after having trouble selling the home, the price continued to drop.
Listed by agent Dawn Baker of The Keyes Company, the 2,600-square-foot home eventually was sold to Tyler for $660,000.
The reality star is now the owner of the charming four-bedroom, four-bathroom home that has a circular driveway and half-acre backyard.
The home features a master bedroom suite with its own bathroom, which has been updated along with the other bathrooms.
There is an oversized garage in the back of the home, which Tyler has stated he'd "love to turn into a gym."
There is also an outdoor patio, which Tyler called his "favorite place" in the house, and a balcony which he "loves."
Surrounding the house is tropical Florida greenery, such as fruit trees, palm trees, and plants.
While the backyard needs improvement, the half-acre space allows enough room to fit a pool.
"I'm thinking a pool one day, maybe a pickleball court. Lot of fun things to do," Tyler revealed.
The house sits less than three miles from the Hobe Sound Beach and less than 10 miles from Jupiter Island and Jupiter, where the TV personality grew up.
The gorgeous view makes for a perfect morning run for the fit star - something Tyler's neighbors look forward to seeing, a source told The U.S. Sun.
Tyler spoke about his renovation plans in his Instagram video.
"We're going to make this ugly little thing... beautiful," he said.
He let his followers know that he was going to need their help since it was a "big project."
Some of his plans include: removing the ceiling in the living room, updating the kitchen, getting rid of the carpet on the stairs, and knocking down one of the bathrooms and turning it into his "dream laundry room."
He also teased what's to come, including a new wine area underneath the stairs, a podcast room, an office space, and another office for his late mom's Andrea Cameron Foundation.
It seems like renovating and redesigning homes is something Tyler has been passionate about.
In March 2022, Tyler spoke about redesigning his former Florida home with help from HomeGoods and listing it on Airbnb.
In a September 20 interview to promote Special Forces, Tyler told The U.S. Sun that he was focused on doing construction work.
"Just really diving into construction. I've got a lot of projects going on and very happy with how that's going," Tyler shared.
"And I just opened up my fourth restaurant back in South Florida, so just growing my businesses down south."
Back in June, Tyler joined 13 other celebrities in the "freezing cold temperatures" of New Zealand to put their physical and mental skills to the test in special forces training.
Tyler referred to it as "the hardest thing I've ever done."
The show premiered on September 25 and kicked off with tension developing between co-stars Blac Chyna and Brian Austin Green.
When asked if Tyler would want to return to another show, like The Bachelor franchise, one day - he competed for Hannah Brown's heart in Season 15 - he hinted at the possibility.
"Maybe one day, but right now I'm good," he spilled.
New episodes of Special Forces air every Monday at 9pm ET on Fox.
