Inside Kristen Doute's Lavish $6.2k-a-Month LA Home as She and Fiancé Luke Broderick Anticipate Their First Baby - lulu

THE Valley star Kristen Doute’s $6.2k-a-month Los Angeles rental has been revealed as she prepares for her first baby with fiancé Luke Broderick. 

The Vanderpump Rules alum recently moved out of her Valley Village apartment into a nearby family home with three bedrooms and plenty of space for her growing family.

The 1,800-square-foot home sits on a quiet street in the suburbs of Los Angeles and has plenty of green grass in both the front and backyard for the little one to run around in. 

Built in a mid-century modern design, the single-story home boasts a spacious primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms and one more bathroom.

A large kitchen with lots of windows and natural light overlooks the spacious backyard. 

The cooking area has enough room for a breakfast nook as well as a formal dining room.

Bay windows look out to the covered outdoor patio that’s perfect for enjoying the Southern California sunshine.

The large backyard also has a gorgeous swimming pool and a separate lawn area. 

According to property records, Kristen is paying $6,200 a month for the rental.

“It’s conveniently located close to the award-winning Colfax Charter Elementary School,” the listing for the home boasts - making it a perfect starter home for a growing family. 

In a tour of the home on a recent episode of The Valley, the Bravo star showed off the “crystals all around the house” she set up, as well as an essential for her - "two refrigerators.” 

Kristen, 42, moved into the home last August and showcased her enjoying her new property. 

In a snapshot from last Summer, Kristen was lying by the pool in her bikini and captioned the picture: “good morning from our new home.

A source gave more insight into Kristen’s journey to start her family, exclusively telling The U.S. Sun:  “[Kristen and Luke] will spend most of the year in California.

“So they are making their LA house a true family home and getting it ready for the baby but they will be spending a lot of time in Colorado too. 

“Luke has a lot of land out there and his family and entire life, besides Kristen, is still out there. 

“They want the baby to have that sense of normalcy that Colorado life offers that you can't get in Los Angeles,” the insider said of Luke’s home state. 

Kristen has lived in LA for nearly 20 years after moving to the big city from Michigan to pursue a career in modeling and acting. 

Her fiance, Luke, still calls Colorado home and spends a lot of the year out there - though he resides in California with Kristen part-time too.

However, after the couple welcomes their little one, they will be spending more time in Colorado - though that doesn’t mean she’s closing the door on The Valley.

“Luke has been very open about wanting to raise the baby in Colorado and not LA. He doesn’t feel at home in LA and Kristen knows that. 

“To her though, LA is home so they have struggled with figuring out how to balance their lifestyles. 

“For now, they have decided that after the baby comes, Kristen will move and go with Luke to Colorado, at least most of the year,” a source claimed. 

The insider added: “If The Valley is picked up for season 3, which they predict will be the case, they will still absolutely be part of the show.

“And if anything they will go down to LA for the Summer to film but primary raise the baby in Colorado around his family.” 

Luke owns a home in Colorado Springs, CO - equipped with five bedrooms and a large grassy backyard, making it perfect for growing their family. 

Kristen is expected to give birth any day now as she previously revealed her due date was the first week of June.
