The retired restaurateur's $637,000 lakeside home in Indiana is hundreds of miles away from the financial services professional's Shrewsbury, New Jersey home.
While Gerry visited Theresa's hometown on The Golden Bachelor, the group filmed at her daughter Jen Woolston's home.
Theresa's home is located only a mile and a three-minute drive away from her daughter's place.
The reality star was spotted running errands on November 28, hours before boarding a plane to Los Angeles to reunite with Gerry.

FUTURE PLANS
According to property records obtained by The U.S. Sun, Gerry purchased his "dream home" in June 2020 for $375,000.
His current home - a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath - is valued to be worth $637,700 three years after the sale date.
In an interview with People, the newly engaged couple shared their plans regarding where they would like to settle down.
They revealed they are planning to buy a home in Charleston, South Carolina.
Gerry said: "One of the things that I think fate played a hand in is the possibility of where we might wind up living.
"For the last couple of years, when my family gets together, I've talked about moving to South Carolina, and it's an idea I've toyed with."
He continued: "And then in conversation with Theresa, a private moment, she's saying, 'Well, yeah, my son lives near Charleston in South Carolina.'
"And all of a sudden it's like, there's a big problem that is gone."

DREAM WEDDING
During the finale on November 30 - which featured runner-up Leslie Fhima's tearful goodbye - the couple revealed they will be getting married during a live televised wedding in January.
While no details about the ceremony including the location have been disclosed, it's scheduled to air on January 4 on ABC.
Gerry explained to People about having a wedding so soon: "When you're in your 20s and you put something off for a year, it's a very small percentage of your life.
"In your 70s, the clock ticks faster. And I'm 100% certain I found the right girl for me. So it's like, 'Why not?'"
Also during the finale, host Jesse Palmer gifted the couple with a vacation to Italy, which Gerry said they can use as their honeymoon trip following their wedding.
TROUBLED PAST
It was a rough start of the week once a bombshell report published by The Hollywood Reporter claimed Gerry had a secret three-year romance before the show.
A woman, known as Carolyn to protect her identity, reportedly began dating Gerry just two months after his late wife Toni Turner's death.
Their romance took a downward turn after she moved in and Gerry reportedly made her pay $850 per month.
The unidentified woman also revealed that she would pay her half for meals at restaurants beforehand and then when the check came, Gerry would pay the whole tab.
Carolyn said Gerry made a cruel comment about her weight when she was getting ready for his high school reunion, set to take place in October 2019, and she had put on 10 pounds due to stress.
“I’m not taking you to the reunion looking like that,” she claimed he said while pointing at her body.

On the morning of The Golden Bachelor finale, Gerry addressed the report and said he had a few dating "failures" after his wife's death in July 2017.
"For one reason or another, the attempts didn't work out. I could give you a wide range of reasons, but it doesn't really matter," he said.
