Bethenny Frankel sold her historic Connecticut estate for $7.83 million after fleeing the ritzy New York City suburb for a new life in Florida.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum purchased the three-acre Greenwich property, dubbed Applejack Farm, for $4.25 million in 2021, according to Architectural Digest.
Frankel, 54, lived in the colonial mansion — originally built in 1743 and reportedly one of the town’s oldest structures — with her 15-year-old daughter Bryn.

The main house spans roughly 6,500 square feet and boasts five bedrooms and eight bathrooms while an adjacent guest house features two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.
The perfectly manicured acreage also has a standalone studio, three-car garage, fire pit, stone-paved patio and “party barn” perfect for hosting guests.
Frankel updated her kitchen to include top-of-the-line La Cornue appliances, exposed beam ceilings, fresh marble countertops and built-in bench seating. She also painted the cabinets an edgy black.

The Skinnygirl founder added unique touches to the classic manse by utilizing more modern style choices. She notably mixed wallpaper patterns with stand-out shades and funky light fixtures to draw in the eye.
Off the kitchen, there is a unique bar area and the living room emanates contemporary elegance with mushy couches and bright whites.
Frankel created a cozy atmosphere in her formal dining room with a wood-burning fireplace as well as her wood-paneled sitting room.
Another peaceful escape for the Bravolebrity was her covered wraparound porch fitted with a charming swing chair.
The formal dining room is elegant and spacious.
She utilized wallpaper to brighten the historic home.
There is a fire pit and and stone-paved patio on the property.
Frankel revealed that she was leaving the Tri-State area for the Sunshine State in April.
“Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest for myself and my daughter [Bryn],” Frankel said in an Instagram video at the time.
Frankel confirmed that she would be offloading her Greenwich house but “maintain residences in the Hamptons and New York City” because she and her daughter “love New York.”
She said that her Florida property would be their “primary and permanent residence.”

A source told Page Six that Frankel was moving south for the sake of her child, whom she shares with ex-husband Jason Hoppy.
“Bryn is Bethenny’s top priority, and the decision to move to Florida was all about supporting her,” the source said.
“The move reflects Bryn’s academic and athletic goals and was made with her physical and emotional well-being front and center.”
Frankel used light fixtures and wood beams to liven up different rooms.
The primary bedroom has a fireplace.
Frankel decided to sell the home because she felt lonely.
Frankel explained that her daughter begged her to move to Florida. The reality TV star also left for personal reasons, saying that she felt like she was “drowning” in the old mansion.
“It was a massive property, and I made the decision to buy that property when I was in a different stage of my life. I thought it would be this, like, big family home and that I’d be entertaining there a lot,” she said.
Last month, Frankel admitted that she fled Connecticut because she felt “lonely.”
