Alexis Bellino wasn’t fibbing when she declared “more changes” were coming soon.
Amid her wedding preparations with John Janssen, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum took a major step toward her next chapter. As pointed out by Reality Blurb, Alexis recently listed her longtime home for $2.95 million, about $1.65 million more than what she paid for it in 2018.
As you might recall, the mother of three purchased the San Juan Capistrano property amid her split from her ex-husband, Jim Bellino. Although the home was acquired before Alexis’ divorce was finalized, the deed to the house was eventually transferred to her name.

According to an online listing, Alexis’ abode is located in Marbella Country Club, a prestigious guard-gated community that offers access to a private golf course, tennis courts, and luxurious event spaces. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home spans 3,952 square feet and includes an open concept kitchen/living area, a three-car attached garage,& cathedral ceilings, an in-law floor plan, and a wine cellar.
The outdoor space is also quite impressive, as it features an in-ground heated pool and spa, a built-in bar with a BBQ and refrigerator, and a seating area with a fireplace.
Alexis Bellino dishes on her and John Janssen's living situation
Alexis has not revealed where she and her family are moving, but it’s safe to assume she’ll be sharing a home with her fiancé, John. The couple got engaged in August of 2024 after nine months of dating.
The former Housewife spoke about her and John’s living situation in a September 2024 interview with The Daily Dish, insisting she and her beau were in no rush to buy a house together.
“I mean, we pretty much live together right now, anyway. We bounce back between both homes,” she said. “We decided we’re going to keep both homes. I have twins (Mackenna Bellino and Miles Bellino) in high school still. We don’t want to uproot anybody from their normal, so we’re gonna keep both homes for a while.”
Alexis said she and John planned to make a real estate move once her twins graduated from high school, which would be in 2026.
“We’ll decide then,” she continued. “Of course, we’re gonna buy a home together when we decide to not have both homes, but, until then, we’re just back and forth.”
Alexis, who is also a mom to 19-year-old son James Bellino, is expected to walk down the aisle this summer. Get more details about her “unconventional” wedding plans.
