Coleen, who is usually pictured heading to her local gym in a morning in Cheshire, showed off her incredible figure in a bikini top, red shorts and boots as she did a mini workout.
Meanwhile in the camp the two possums wondered around the celebrities living area while everyone relaxed in their beds following a rainstorm in the night.
Speaking in the Bush Telegraph afterwards, Coleen admitted: 'I wake up really early so I pretty much try and keep the routine that I do back home. I try and sneak off to do them on my own. I usually do squats in the shower!'

Elsewhere during the show, the campmates were given their chore assignments from leaders Tulisa and Alan.
Mother-of-four Coleen was teamed up with TikTok star GK Barry to do the washing up.
Meanwhile Danny Jones and Melvin Odoom will be the camp chefs, Barry McGuigan and Oti Mabuse have been put on water duty.
And Jane Moore and Dean McCullough have been teamed up to take on camp maintenance.
It comes after ITV viewers were left 'crying' over Melvin Odoom and Oti Mabuse's 'iconic' pairing as they both took on the first Dingo Dollar challenge of the ITV series on Monday.
The Radio 1 DJ and Strictly star teamed up in the hope to win a treat from Kiosk Kev during the hilarious Diner Down Under challenge.
Melvin and Oti had to make 4 perfect orders with ingredients which were placed above their heads in the upside down kitchen.
The pair had to memorise six ingredients for each order, and assemble them while rotting items fell on them. Every item they dropped on the floor, they were not allowed to use.

The emotional conversation began when Coleen's campmate, boxer Barry McGuigan, 63, broke down as he spoke about his late daughter Danika who lost her battle with cancer in 2019 aged 33.
Coleen then confided in Dean and Oti saying: 'Even when Rosie died, I kept it together for me mum and dad.'
Revealing the anniversary of Rosie's death would be coming up in January she said: 'She was 14 when she died, she'd be 26 now. It's hard to lose a child, I've always said that… so we're lucky to have what we've got.'
