Well before moving into her family’s new home, Nia Sanchez Booko had a clear vision for her newborn’s nursery.
The Valley cast member touched on her plans in an April 22 interview with The Daily Dish, as she and her husband, Danny Booko, prepared to welcome their fourth child together.
Nia confirmed she and Danny were finally leaving their Encino penthouse and moving into a new home that would better accommodate their growing family. She said she was adamant that every room in the house had a theme, and already had an idea of what she wanted for her baby girl’s first nursery.
“I think this newest baby [room] will be kind of like a fairy [theme],” said Nia, who was pregnant at the time.
Nia and Danny are also parents to a 3-year-old son, Asher, and 1-year-old twin daughters, Isabelle and Zariah.
“I have themes for every room. I already made multiple Pinterest boards,” Nia explained. “And Daniel was looking at the Pinterest boards recently, and he’s like, ‘Do kids' rooms need like full-on themes?’ And I said, ‘Yes, of course, they each need a theme.’ So Asher’s will be jungle… and then, maybe, like a little woodsy, cottagy, princessy [theme] for the girls, the twins… I have all the plans. It's gonna be very cute.”
As Nia approached her due date, Danny shared more details about their new Santa Clarita home and the experience of moving into a much bigger place.
“We had a big penthouse condo that was like 2300 square feet, but it was a two-bed with an extra den and all that,” he said in a May 13 chat with The Daily Dish. “But now we have a five-bed with a backyard and a pool. And we just moved in a couple of days ago. This past week, going back and forth, just seeing the kids being out there and being so happy. They don’t even want to be inside. It’s been so fun and brings me so much joy to watch, you know, them having this new space.”
Nia gave birth to her fourth child, Adelaide, on Thursday, June 5. She and Danny have since documented the baby’s first days at home, including a few sweet moments with her older siblings and her “first walk” in a stroller.
“First walk, walking to the mailbox,” Nia said in a June 6 Instagram Story filmed by Danny.
“Walking to the mailbox with baby Adelaide,” her hubby added. Their daughter Zariah was seen sitting inside the stroller’s lower cubby while Isabelle walked hand-in-hand with Danny.
“Off we go,” The Valley dad said. “Woohoo!”
