The former Love Island star, 34, welcomed a daughter named Gigi - with with her businessman boyfriend Billy three weeks ago.
Beaming Arabella showed off her natural maternal skills for a brand new shoot with OK! Magazine.
Posting a video montage from the day on Instagram, Arabella couldn't stop smiling as she said: 'Being a mum, honestly, is probably the most rewarding thing I have ever achieved.'
She added: 'I feel like it completes me.'

Recalling Gigi's birth, Arabella admitted she started 'uncontrollably crying' as the little one was placed onto her chest for the first time.
She continued: 'The second she was born life made sense. Billy cried. I cried. Everyone cried! He said to me afterwards, "I’ve got a new level of respect for you."
'People forget I went through 16 hours of labour. They see one image and assume it was glamorous. It wasn’t. I was sweating, exhausted, saying to my mum, "I’ve got nothing left to push."
However, Arabella was cruelly mum-shamed by trolls who accused the new mum of not supporting her baby's head in the clip.
Taking to the comments section, one Instagram user said: 'Well the first thing we’re told is HOLD THEIR HEAD!!!!'

Arabella's fans swiftly defended her, with one hitting back: 'She knows what she doing!'

Fans had been eagerly awaiting the announcement all week after noticing the TV personality had gone silent on social media.
Arabella and entrepreneur Billy found love after starring on the first All Stars series last year, and announced they were expecting their first child together in December.
The bombshell and Billy went public with their relationship in October.

Arabella admitted the couple 'moved in together straight away' after meeting through mutual friends.
