Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein‘s ex-husband/baby daddy, Lenny Hochstein, has a new model girlfriend … who is in her 20s.
The 59-year-old’s new GIRLfriend was identified as Alena Kovalenko by Page Six.
What we know about Alena and Lenny so far …
They’re “both Russian,” so they “have that in common,” explained the insider.
They’ve flirted with one another on Instagram, leaving cheeky emojis beneath each other’s recent posts.
Most recently, Alena uploaded a selfie from Star Island, where Dr. Lenny lives.

The Miami-based plastic surgeon is dating Russian model Alena Kovalenko following his split from Katharina Mazepa.
An insider told the tabloid that Lenny is “smitten” with the “incredibly beautiful, sweet, and great person.”
Alena and Lenny’s romance is “still pretty new.”
According to Alena’s Instagram bio, she’s a “Muse & Model” who can be found bouncing between Dubai and Miami.

After a two-year separation, Lenny and Lisa Hochstein finalized their divorce in late 2024.
The divorce proceedings were lengthy and included allegations of cheating, physical violence, and disagreements over financial settlements.
They are now co-parenting their two children, Logan and Elle, and Lisa has moved on with Jody Glidden.
