Heather Dubrow pictured in huge argument with husband in car park – insider claims 'property dispute after suspicious transfer'

Heather Dubrow – the longtime star of Real Housewives of Orange County – has once again made headlines after being photographed getting into a heated argument with her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, in a parking lot near Newport Beach.

Exclusive images obtained by DailyMail.com show the couple standing next to their luxury SUV, looking tense and pointing at each other. Heather was wearing a baseball cap, dark sweats and no makeup, while Terry was wearing sunglasses and appeared extremely upset.

According to a witness at the scene, the conversation was not light-hearted and seemed to last nearly 20 minutes, with the volume so loud that passersby could hear some key phrases such as "you can't move without telling me" and "I told you last month".

A source close to the Dubrow family confirmed to DailyMail that the underlying cause of the public spat was a recent shady asset transfer. Specifically, a $8 million-plus Los Angeles penthouse was transferred to a company in Heather's name without Terry's explicit consent.

"They've been discussing separating their assets for months, but Heather has recently started making her own moves without her husband's input, as she has done in the past. This has left Terry feeling left out of the financial picture and distrustful."

The insider also revealed that Heather is considering completely separating her assets from the rest of the joint fortune to protect her personal reputation amid the ongoing drama behind RHOC

It's worth noting that a few weeks ago Heather posted a selfie with Terry with a loving caption on Instagram, leading many fans to believe that the couple is extremely happy. However, a source close to the matter insists that it was all just “image manipulation” to maintain the branding of the TV deals and cosmetics brands that both own.

“She was planning to step away from the show, focus on her own brand and keep herself away from any potential legal trouble with Terry. But Heather’s decision to transfer a large piece of real estate without prior discussion has complicated things a lot.”

The lawyer representing the Dubrow family has declined to comment when contacted by DailyMail. Bravo has also remained silent on whether the dispute will affect the filming of future episodes of RHOC.

The RHOC fan community on social media exploded in debate immediately after the images of the argument were released. Some people defend Heather, saying she has the right to protect her assets, while others criticize the couple for trying to maintain a facade of happiness to continue exploiting their fame.

With what is happening, the marriage that was once considered the “most stable in the Bravo franchise” may be on the brink of a serious crisis that this time cannot be resolved with a trip with the crew or a dinner with cameras.
