Yolanda Hadid is entering a new chapter.
Hadid, 61, and her longtime boyfriend Joseph Jingoli have quietly ended their engagement, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively. The couple were together for six years before going their separate ways in January.
“They remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together,” the source says.
Reps for the pair could not be reached for comment.

The couple met shortly after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum moved to Pennsylvania in 2017 and they have kept their relationship private over the years. In August 2024, Hadid revealed to PEOPLE that Jingoli had proposed two years prior during a trip to Holland after referring to him as her “fiancé” in an Architectural Digest interview.
Before meeting Jingoli, who is the CEO of a construction and development company, Hadid was taking time for herself following her 2015 divorce from David Foster. In 2018, she told PEOPLE Now that Jingoli came into her life when she “really started focusing” on finding the right person.
“I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man and he magically just rang the doorbell at the farm,” she said at the time.
In addition to Jingoli being “cute,” Hadid shared that she felt an instant connection to him.
She also noted that her 2012 Lyme disease diagnosis gave her the push she needed to pursue the relationship, explaining that "I felt I was gonna die" and because of that, "you have a whole new appreciation for life."
"To live in the moment, enjoy every day, and not wait. Why take it slow? Let’s just go for it and have a great time," she added.

The former model, who shares daughters Gigi and Bella Hadid with her first husband Mohamed Hadid, also shared her appreciation for Jingoli at the Global Lyme Alliance's Annual Gala in 2019, telling PEOPLE: "It's such a blessing to find someone so perfect for me in this time of my life.”
"He rides horses, he loves nature, he loves the farm,” she continued. “To find love again at 55 is amazing."
The following year, she gushed that she was "very much in love,” and later celebrated their relationship in an Instagram tribute for their two-year anniversary.
"❤️All my life I prayed for someone like you!!" Hadid wrote alongside a series of heartwarming photos of her and Jingoli together. "Thank you for being such a bright light in my life, the calm in my storm and for being the most honorable man that I know.... Happy 2 year anniversary Joey Jingoli, I love and appreciate you 😘."
In addition to his construction company, Jingoli founded the nonprofit The F.A.R.M. Team, which stands for the Facilitating Active Recovery Mission. The organization helps young people in recovery build connections and forge a sense of responsibility by bringing them to work on Jingoli's family farm, Harmony Hollow, and providing networking opportunities for their future careers.
"It is less about the farming, and much more about the camaraderie and the sense of responsibility," Jingoli said in a 2015 interview with PhillyVoice.com. "Responsibility for showing up on time, for being part of a team, for having others depend on you, for having other living things depending on you."
"The farm is simply one stop on a way to a career, whether with our company or other companies," he continued. "I see this every day with young people working on the farm."
