“Harry’s glow-up is mad!” – Shocking new pictures emerge of Love Island’s Harry Cooksley before his £5,600 hair transplant and jawline tweak, as fans compare him to the Grinch and claim he looked “45 not 25” - suong

Love Island 2025 lad Harry Cooksley has undergone quite the Cinderella transformation in recent years, morphing from an average Joe to the Tom Clare Temu dupe we met in season 12.

Harry is the latest player in a long line of semi-professional footballers to enter the villa, and love him or hate him, he’s steadily becoming a major reason people are tuning in to watch at nine o’clock.

It’s quite typical for Love Island girls and lads to get a little bit of work done before they enter the villa, but in Harry’s case, his now-viral hair transplant was done six years ago at EstePera Hair Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey. Believed to cost around £5,600, the hair transplant video showcased his new hairline compared to his old one.

“It was a perfect experience for something that I really wanted to have done, and I’m very glad that I found EstePera,” he said in the video.

But even then, after going under the knife sometime around 2019, Harry has undergone quite the transformation since. His club, Farnham Town FC, have been sharing old videos of him on their TikTok to celebrate his Love Island apperence, and truly they are shocking. I can’t quite place my finger on why, but he looks starkly different.

He’s definitely been on the tanning beds before Love Island

Most people are stunned by Harry’s pre-show glow up, but not this person: “Harry’s glow up took him from looking 45 to 44.”

People aren’t a fan of bare-faced Harry

“Harry looks like the Grinch,” one person argued in the comments.

Another said, “Harry’s glow up is mad.”

His hair seems lighter as well

People think Harry has had some minor injectables in his jaw, as one person said: “He’s had jaw filler and def a few more things since this.”

“Think Harry has been to Turkey,” another wrote.
