GOLDEN Bachelorette contestant Chock Chapple has more than just a rose to offer Joan Vassos after building an impressive real estate empire.
The frontrunner to win Joan’s heart has garnered success as the president and owner of Insurance Services Group, which he continues to operate in Wichita, Kansas.
The 60-year-old insurance executive has accumulated property in the Kansas and surrounding Oklahoma area.
Currently, it appears Chock resides in a gorgeous four-bedroom, three-bathroom Kansas home that sits on a third of an acre of lush green land.
According to housing records obtained by The U.S. Sun, the 3,300-square-foot home was purchased for $260k but is now worth over $410k.
The ranch-style property came with brand-new granite counters in both the kitchen and bathrooms, a vaulted fireplace in addition to a separate three-way fireplace.

Sitting on a "beautiful cul-de-sac lot”, the home boasts ample natural light and plenty of space to entertain with a breakfast bar, massive kitchen island, and both an informal and formal dining room.
The father-of-two’s primary bedroom has a walk-in closet with an en suite bath that is complete with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower.
In the finished basement, Chock can hang out with his friends and family at the card game table, wet bar with full-size refrigerator, another family room with “lots of storage space” and a gas fireplace.
Outside, the home is a spacious wood deck and oversized stone patio that looks over a large yard filled with landscaping, mature trees, and a sprinkler system.
Additionally, Chock also owns a gorgeous six-bedroom, four-bathroom home that is just half a mile from the residence he currently resides in.
Records obtained by The U.S. Sun show that Chock’s ex-wife, Heather, appears to live in the house - though the property remains in Chock’s name.
The stunning 5,300-square-foot Tudor-style abode was purchased for $400k however, the estimated value is currently over $825k.

Sitting on nearly an acre lot, the home has lavish gardens, waterfalls, fountains and a pool in the massive backyard.
Downstairs, the basement is also ready for a party as it’s renovated with built-in surround sound, two bedrooms with a jack-and-jill bath, an exercise room and ample storage.
WELCOME TO THE MAN CAVE!
In 2022, Chock seemed to have taken on a hefty project when he converted a storage unit into his very own man cave.
After purchasing the Wichita unit in the middle of an industrial complex for $200k, Chock now hosts gatherings for his buddies - which he has documented on Instagram.
The duel-level unit has a mezzanine terrace, full bathroom, wet bar and built-in storage as well as being temperature-controlled with A/C and heat.
Pictures show a card game table surrounded by a dozen leather chairs in front of sliding barn doors that separate the space.
“Wine & Whiskey talk with Tubbs,” Chock captioned one photo on Instagram where he posed with his pals as they all held a place of wine in front of the unit along with his black lab.
In another snap from the converted storage unit, Chock can be seen on the mezzanine level with his son, Tyler, as they sit in the lounging area and show off the property’s flat screen TV and hardwood floors.
“Enjoying time with my son, Tyler before he moves to Charlotte and starts his new career. I’m proud of his hard work and can’t wait to see him thrive.
“Both Taylor and Tyler are 4th generation insurance professionals,” he captioned the photo boating of his son as well as his daughter’s achievements.
Housing records show that Chock also is listed as the owner of a beautiful $375k lakefront home in Oklahoma.
The two-bedroom 1,924 square-foot duplex has a massive wood deck with a jacuzzi that overlooks a gorgeous body of water.
However, it’s unclear of Chock uses this as an investment property.
In addition to accumulating an impressive empire on land, Chock is also owner to some boats.
THANKS A YACHT
Records show that Chock owns a Honda Seabrook, which can be operated on their own or host a group of people, and a Lowe Industries boat, which is typically used for smaller fishing trips.
Chock instantly hit it off with Joan, 60, on the premiere of The Golden Bachelorette when they were both mesmerized by each other's "beautiful" eyes.
Since the first episode, the self-proclaimed "grill master" has captured the hearts of more than just The Bachelorette - Bachelor Nation has appeared to fall for him too.
According to his ABC bio, Chock is "quite the catch!"
