Gia Giudice just got real about what cosmetic work she's had done.
On April 14, the Next Gen NYC cast member spoke with Us Weekly about speculation around her getting numerous cosmetic procedures. "Everyone thinks I have insane fillers all over, and I have never gotten a filler in my life," Gia began, further detailing the cosmetic work she has taken on over the years. "I do get Botox in my forehead, that's the only Botox that I get done."
The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter by noting how she was "very open" about getting a nose job back in 2020 (more on that below). "I got my nose job by [Dr. Geoffrey Tobias] so I was very open about my nose job," Gia shared. "I'm super happy with my results, I honestly feel like they just shrunk my nose and made it smaller, which is what I wanted, I wanted a very natural look."
Teresa Giudice's eldest daughter concluded her statement by reiterating the extent of her cosmetic procedures. "I really have not gotten all this work done that people presume," she shared. "It's really just I get Botox in my forehead and I got a nose job."
Gia Giudice opens up about her nose job
Gia shared more details about her nose job in October 2020 following the procedure.
Although the Rutgers graduate initially noted her nose was still “swollen” after surgery, she shared that she was “absolutely in love with it.” Her plastic surgeon, Dr. Tobias, showcased the transformation with striking before-and-after photos.
“Her contoured profile is now soft and balanced,” he wrote in an October 2020 Instagram post. Dr. Tobias explained that Gia underwent a closed rhinoplasty, which left no visible scars. The procedure lasted two and a half hours, with a quick recovery time of four to seven days and full results visible within six to twelve months.
Gia Giudice confirms she's never gotten lip filler
In May 2023, Gia cleared up more rumors about cosmetic enhancements, specifically her lips.
“OK, this needs to be addressed,” she said in a TikTok, noting she's always been honest with fans. While she confirmed getting a nose job, she firmly denied any lip work. “These lips have been big since I’ve been out of the womb,” she said, sharing a childhood photo to back it up. After pointing out her naturally full pout in the throwback pic, she cheekily ended the video with, “Case is closed.”
