Gia Giudice Claps Back at Fans Telling Her to Pay Her Taxes and Stop Using Fillers, Plus She Reacts to Parents Being Called "Felons" and Shares Why She's No Longer in Law SchoolNext Gen NYC star Gia Giudice is clapping back at critics!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and daughter of Teresa Giudice, addressed a number of hot topics in a recent TikTok video, most notably fans telling her to pay her taxes amid her mom and stepdad Luis Ruelas’ ongoing tax issues.

As widely reported, the RHONJ couple is now owing nearly $3 million in back state taxes.

Gia, 24, took to TikTok to share a video of herself reacting to rumors about her family and herself, as “Anxiety” by Doechii played in the background.

“Your parents [Teresa and Joe Giudice] are felons,” read one message. “That was soooooo 10 years ago,” Gia clapped back in her first set of messages.

“Pay your taxes.” Gia responded, “I’m 24 and file my own taxes.”

“Stop with the filler,” said another critic. “I don’t have any filler,” fired back Gia.

“What happened to law school,” asked someone. “I’m booked, busy, and happy
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a minor in sociology, not accounting,” answered Gia.

Gia then asked, “Why can’t [you] guys just be happy for me?,” as she wished her audience peace, love, and happiness.

“Love you all,” she concluded.

It’s not fully known what pushed Gia to make this new video. It’s possible it has to do with an alleged quote being attributed to Bethenny Frankel in which Bethenny allegedly calls out Gia after Gia clapped back at Bethenny for mentioning her parent’s tax issues.

“I made my first million before I even knew who Gia Giudice was — so forgive me if I’m not taking financial lessons from the daughter of a walking tax case study. When your mom and stepdad owe nearly $3 million to the IRS, the smartest move might be to stay quiet — or at the very least, don’t go online teaching others how to manage their money,” Bethenny allegedly stated, according to a post shared by Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram.

As RHONJ fans will recall, Gia reminded Bethenny that she was “a mother with a daughter” after she commented on Teresa and Luis’ finances.

“I bet you wouldn’t like if somebody was saying this about you. I hope that thousand-dollar TikTok paycheck was really worth it,” Gia declared, sparking Bethenny to suggest she’s “ill-advised” and “not educated” about finances.

“I don’t have a PhD in economics. But I do have a multimillion-dollar company, clean finance, and the good sense to call a lawyer before I call a stylist,” Bethenny allegedly continued. “If Gia ever needs a mentor, I’m available — as long as she brings a calculator… and an actual tax return.”

Reality Blurb has not been able to verify the authenticity of this new statement by Bethenny.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently on pause ahead of its potential 15th season.
