Gia Giudice Admits She Came Off Harsh on Next Gen NYC: ‘I’m Ready to Grow’-quang

Gia Giudice Next Gen NYC Harsh

Gia Giudice is reflecting on her Next Gen NYC debut—and she’s not shying away from the critiques.

Teresa Giudice’s eldest daughter stopped by the Watch What Happens Live Clubhouse and responded to the chatter about her delivery on Bravo’s newest hit.

“Even growing up with everything my family went through legally, I was always in ‘mom mode,’” Gia explained. “Now that’s kind of instilled into my personality.”

Longtime RHONJ fans know exactly what she’s talking about.

Gia was thrust into adult responsibilities far too young as both her parents faced legal troubles and eventual prison time.

She wasn’t just Teresa’s daughter—she was her emotional support system.

So, when viewers felt Gia came off a little cold, a little intense, and a little holier than thou on Next Gen NYC… well, she gets it.

“On the show, I think I need to transition better—being a friend and not always being in that mom mode, because I definitely did come off harsh,” she admitted.

“That’s just not who I am. I’m ready to grow and really take this experience day by day.”

Honestly? Relatable. Especially for any eldest daughters out there who know that plight all to well.

With Next Gen NYC crushing viewership and buzz, a second season feels inevitable.

Will Gia return for another go? That’s TBD—considering she’s made it clear she hated schlepping into the city to film.

But if she does come back, will the power dynamics shift? Will we see a softer side of Gia? Or will “mom mode” take the wheel again?
