GEORGIA Harrison has revealed her pregnancy was a 'beautiful surprise' after announcing she's expecting her first child.
The Love Island star shared the happy news at the end of April, 10 months into her relationship with boyfriend Jack Stacey.
In a new interview with OK! Magazine, the couple admitted the pregnancy was a "beautiful surprise" and Georgia added: "We both definitely wanted children, but we didn’t quite plan on it this soon, we might’ve tried to have a fun summer beforehand!
“But once we’d taken it in, we realised this was the right time."
The 30-year-old added: “It’s amazing to have the gift of being pregnant. So many people struggle for a long time and for some, that dream never comes true.
"So, we look at the fact that it’s come earlier than expected as a total blessing.”
The couple met on a dating app last summer but Georgia admitted she was initially doubtful she'd meet Mr. Right.
She said: "If you don’t go to the interview, you’re not going to get the job, are you?” I was thinking, ‘I’m nearly 30, I really want to make an effort to meet someone’. But I was quite pessimistic about love in general.
“It took me a while to really believe that someone could treat me so well, but Jack did.
"Now here we are, living together and about to have a baby! I do believe the things I’ve experienced in my past were meant to lead me to where I am now.”
Georgia had originally shared the news on her Instagram, writing: "We’ve been keeping a secret. Me and Jack are having a baby!
"Due November 2025, we can’t wait to welcome this little one into the world and embrace all the joy and love he or she will bring.
"I still can’t believe I’ve finally got everything I ever wanted and I couldn’t be more grateful …And just like that 2 are about to become 3."
Georgia first rose to fame on Towie in 2014 before appearing on the third series of Love Island in 2017.
Last year before meeting Jack, she appeared on Love Island: All-Stars, but Jack admits that while he knew who he was meeting on their first date, he wasn't aware of all of her TV work.
Georgia joked: "Luckily he hadn’t watched any of my previous shows or he might not have turned up to meet me."
