Daisy, who has been exploring her romantic feelings for Colin on Season 4, and Gary, who has been best mates with the engineer since Season 2, both made attempts to clear the air about the complicated situation on Episode 12 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht (which aired on June 19).
From a tense van ride to a sweet cabin confession, keep scrolling below for a recap on the episode.
After Colin took some time to think about Daisy's hookup admission — and to consider how he felt about the fact that Gary wasn't the one to tell him — he and Daisy met up in the cabins to discuss how they were feeling.
"I don't think you're wrong, I genuinely don't," Daisy told Colin in his cabin. "I see why you're upset."
Colin admitted that the drama with Gary and Daisy was making him feel "exhausted," and that he was "over it." However, after taking some time, he recognized that he wasn't mad at Daisy.
"We'll be fine," Colin said to Daisy, who then asked whether he could forgive Gary.
"When someone does something you would never do, it just makes it harder to understand," Colin explained.
Daisy told the engineer that ruining Colin and Gary's friendship is the "last thing" she would want to do, but he ultimately accepted her apology.

"You don't often hear Daisy say sorry, or admit that she's done something wrong, so I know Daisy cares about me because she feels remorse. It's just a hard pill to swallow," Colin said in an interview on the episode. "I have true feelings involved."
An "Awkward" Situation With Gary, Daisy, and Colin
When the Parsifal III crew went out after the charter guests departed, Daisy asked to ride in the van with just Colin and Gary. Colin, however, didn't think that it was the "right time" to discuss the "massive stitch-up."
"This van ride is awkward," Gary agreed in an interview. "Honestly, I don't like having conflict with anyone. I'm not good with confrontation, and I'm very, very nervous."
Gary and Colin Get on the Same Page
Though their journey to the restaurant was uncomfortable, Gary and Colin stepped away once they arrived to finally have a chat.
"Colin, I gotta be honest with you. I'm sorry I lied to you," Gary said. "I am sorry I lied to you, but it was a Catch-22 for me."
Colin called him out for keeping the hookup a secret, and Gary admitted that he was in a difficult position because doing so would have meant that he had "lied to [Daisy] and broke a promise."
"Hindsight is a beautiful thing," Gary said. "I do realize that, and I'm sorry I lied to you. I lied to you to your face."

Colin then told the First Mate that he "never" would have done that if the roles were reversed, adding, "That's why I got hurt by our friendship."
"I understand that..." Gary responded, before sharing that he doesn't have feelings for Daisy. "Is there anything happening between us? No. That's the bottom line."
Daisy Kelliher Reveals Why She Unfollowed Colin MacRae
Colin was ready to forgive Gary, but he acknowledged that he wouldn't soon be forgetting what happened. As Colin explained in a confessional, "He hasn't really respected mine and Daisy's relationship, and it's unfortunate, but I have to take everything he says with a pinch of salt. And I don't know what to believe."
Daisy reflected on Gary and Colin's reconciliation in a confessional of her own, saying that she felt "relieved" that the two were back on good terms. "I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I am so relieved Gary and Colin are talking to each other and [are] ready to forget this whole f-cking mess and just move forward," she said.
