Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher just reached a heartwarming milestone.
Weeks after confirming their baby No. 1 news, the Below Deck Mediterranean couple gave fans a first look at the bun in the oven. Gael teased her ultrasound appointment earlier this month, when she and her boyfriend, Nathan, stopped by the Early View clinic in Sydney, Australia.
“We’re currently on the way to see what our little guy looks like!” Gael said in an Instagram video as they made their way to the 3D/4D imaging center.
The couple returned to the ‘Gram about two hours later and shed more light on the experience.
“Nathan and I just left the 3D and 4D imagery center,” Gael said in the Story. “We went to Early View, and it was honestly one of the most beautiful experiences. The ladies there were so, so lovely. The place is beautiful… And they gave us gift bags, which we can’t wait to open!”

Fast-forward to April 21, when the couple revealed their baby’s first sonogram. They posted a video documenting the sonogram process, which provided detailed images of the baby’s physical features and movements.
“Got a sneak peek of our little legend growing away in there. Such a surreal moment,” they captioned the footage. “The team at the clinic made the whole experience so special, and seeing his little face for the first time truly melted our hearts. We already love you more than you’ll ever know baby boy.”

Gael and Nathan began their romance during Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9, but called it quits shortly after the charter season ended. They rekindled their relationship in September 2024, about six months after revealing Gael’s pregnancy: “We’re beyond excited to share our adventures with our tiny travel buddy,” they told The Daily Dish about their soon-to-be family addition.

The yachties have since confirmed they’re having a boy but have not provided details on the baby’s expected arrival. Gael may have hinted at her due date in an April 7 Instagram post that showed off her growing baby bump.
“Me, bub and a dose of morning sunshine,” she wrote. “Little bump update: Surviving on naps and snacks, while lil man has hourly dance parties.”
The caption concluded with a series of hashtags, one of which read, “third trimester.” Could Gael and Nathan’s baby arrive by summer’s end? It definitely looks that way.
