Craig Conover is back on the dating scene less than one month after his split from Paige DeSorbo. The “Southern Charm” star was spotted on Raya in January 2025, Us Weekly reported.
Raya is a private, membership-based networking community and popular dating app choice for celebrities. All members must go through an approval process.
On his Raya profile, Conover, 35, described himself as “based in Charleston and often visits New York,” per the outlet. The Bravo star did not have a full bio posted but shared that his interests are “elephants and snowboarding.” Conover also set his profile to the breakup song “Raincoat” by Timeflies.
Interestingly, Conover didn’t mention his love for conspiracy theories. But that tidbit may have felt too raw, as DeSorbo once told Decider, “Craig and I were brought together by the universe for a reason because I love all of his conspiracy theories.”
Fans Think Craig Conover Will Be Engaged Within a Year
During his three-year relationship with DeSorbo, Conover made no secret of his desire to get married and have kids. On the season 10 “Southern Charm” episode “Overtures and Outbursts,” which was filmed last summer, Conover admitted, “I think everyone knows that, if it was up to me, we would just get engaged. But [Paige] changes her mind a lot.”
The 35-year-old Sewing Down South founder also previously shared that he wanted to be a dad by the time he was 40 or he might have some “resentment.”
In a Reddit thread, fans reacted to Conover’s new status on Raya. Many predicted he would try to find a wife right away.
“He will be engaged in 2026 I’d put money on it,” one Reddit user wrote.
“Totally agree, then kids a year later,” another agreed.
“Well duh. Craig is going to be one of those classic stories of a guy who gets married right after his long-term relationship ends. He is going out there and getting what he wants. Can’t blame him!” a third chimed in.
Others predicted Conover would do the same thing that “Summer House” star Lindsay Hubbard did after her former fiancé Carl Radke ended their engagement in late 2023. Hubbard and her new boyfriend welcomed their first child together just a little more than a year after her breakup from Radke.
“Craig is going to be in his Lindsay Hubbard era and I can’t wait to see it!!!” one fan predicted on X.
Paige DeSorbo Is Freezing Her Eggs Post Split
DeSorbo is also moving on from her three-year relationship with Conover, although in a different way. On the January 28 episode of her “Giggly Squad” podcast, she revealed that she made an appointment to freeze her eggs.
“I’ve always known that I have to freeze my eggs,” the 32-year-old told co-host Hannah Berner. “Because I just feel like it’s such a safety. …I genuinely thought like at 32, I would have a kid. But it always in the back of my head I was like what if I get to like 39, 40 and I’m like wait, I want one more. So that was always my thought process on freezing my eggs.”
DeSorbo noted that her situation is a bit “different” amid her split from Conover. “I’m like, I need it as like a security I think,” she said.
