Fans Blast Jax Taylor for Wearing Height-Increasing Shoes at The Valley Reunion as Jax Reacts to His “Embarrassing” 2nd Season - suong

Fans are slamming Jax Taylor for seemingly wearing height-increasing shoes at The Valley reunion. Meanwhile, Jax reacted to his “embarrassing” second season, called his actions “horrendous,” and shared more insight into why he’s “stepping away.”

Early in the new season, Jax had an intense fight with his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright, and he later went to rehab for a cocaine addiction. After he checked out, Jax was served with divorce papers. Brittany also accused him of spying on her in their shared home via the security cameras.

At the reunion, Brittany said that amid one of Jax’s rage moments, he pushed her into the bushes. And last month, Jax revealed he was leaving the show to focus on his sobriety.

According to a post from @nosmokenomore on X, Jax is getting slammed by fans over his height-increasing elevator shoes.

Per a screenshot captured by shared on X, Jax seemed to be wearing “TOTO Men’s Invisible Height Increasing Elevator Shoes … White/Black Leather Lace-up Sneakers” at the reunion.

The product apparently makes its owner “2.4 Inches Taller,” and it costs $118.

One fan commented, “Focus on being a better person, not a taller on.”

“That’s so weird cause he’s not short 😂,” said another.

“I don’t like Jax. But I might have to get a pair. 😂😂 I’m standing at 5’6 😂,” wrote a third.

“He is 6ft tall!! Why does he need to be taller? Seriously!!! Is he a model for them? What a butt whole!” said a fourth.

Speaking with E! News, Jax addressed his behavior in the season.

“I take obviously full responsibility and accountability,” he said. “I watched the episodes back and I watched the reunion. It’s just, it’s horrendous the way I acted … I couldn’t even watch it. That’s how bad it was for me. So I can only imagine what the viewers thought watching it. It’s embarrassing. It’s every word that I just don’t want to be. So that’s again why I’m stepping away.”

“[I’m] kind of restructuring myself a little bit,” he went on. “Listen, everybody in life goes through ups and downs. And I think this is my time to kind of restructure myself, reframe myself and come back in a better place.”
