"Sixty-five thousand dollars," Erika continued, "That's the amount Kyle is trying to pin on me, fabricating a story of debt and deceit. But what's the truth? The truth is that Kyle Richards is trying to distract the public from her own problems, and I'm the perfect pawn for her plan."
Erika held up a stack of documents. "This is evidence. Evidence that the messages Kyle released have been clumsily edited and spliced. My experts have analyzed them, and the conclusion is undeniable: they are fake. Kyle Richards, you tried to deceive everyone, but you failed."
"And about the designer you tried to drag into this charade... I have a recording of a conversation between Kyle and him. In it, Kyle pressured him to give false testimony, promising him fame. It's despicable, Kyle. You're willing to do anything to achieve your goals, even exploiting innocent people."
"I'm not going to let you get away with this so easily," Erika declared, her voice full of determination. "I'm suing you for defamation, and I'm going to make sure you pay for your actions. You've damaged my reputation, and I won't forgive you. This is war, Kyle Richards. And I will win." Erika looked straight into the camera, a cold smile playing on her lips. "Prepare yourself."
