Former Vanderpump Rules star Faith Stowers has started a fundraiser called “Justice Against Stassi” to raise money for “legal fees” to get former co-star Stassi Schroeder’s book, Off with My Head, taken off the shelves. Faith plans to collect the “royalties/funds” generated from the tell-all and give them to a charity of her choosing. Faith says Stassi has profited off sharing racist and factually inaccurate information about her in her books.

As fans will remember, Stassi and co-star Kristen Doute were infamously fired from Vanderpump Rules in 2020 at the height of the Black Lives Matter movement. It was revealed that they had called the police on Faith and attempted to have her arrested. They alleged that she was drugging men and committing credit card theft. It was later revealed that Faith had never committed either crime.

Faith went on to assert that Stassi and Kristen’s attempts were racially motivated, stating at the time, “The levels they went to, I hate to say it, but it was a lynch mob. They were trying every avenue they could to bring me down and to completely destroy my life. I’m being asked if I’m a car thief, I’m being asked if I’m like Bill Cosby, if I’m drugging people, I’m being asked if I robbed them, it was just like ‘Girl, what am I, at large?’ It was insane.”

She also added that she could have sued Stassi and Kristen for defamation, but she chose not to. “At the end of the day I feel like I’m doing them a favor, because I could have filed suit. And I would have won,” Faith told Insider.

After the release of Stassi’s book, Faith had a change of heart. She is accusing Stassi of making untrue claims and assertions about her in the book, and she has started a GoFundMe page to raise funds to remove the book from shelves.

Faith seemingly referred to the book back in a May Instagram Story, writing, “I think it’s a sad, sad time for our community when someone can use white privilege to try and destroy you and then use that same privilege to make money off of you.”

The description of the GoFundMe page reads, “Hi! My name is Faith Stowers. As you may know I was a former cast member on a television series called Vanderpump Rules. During my time there I was publicly targeted and mercilessly verbally attacked by Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute on multiple public platforms. These two women used their privilege and celebrity to try and tear me down at very sad time in my life and the Country. During that time, I was also racially targeted and wrongfully accused of horrendous crimes that I have since been vindicated from.”

Faith continued, “Stassi Schroeder has written a NY times best seller book recently and has made more terrible nonfactual claims about me once again. After all she has done, she continues to stand by her ignorant claims that are very harmful to me and my family. I’m seeking assistance with my legal team to get this book removed and all royalties/funds collected from this book be given to charity or assisting a family of choice. Thank you for your support always. And thank you all for standing up against bullies and racial division.”

The GoFundMe page has a financial goal of $20,000. As of the writing of this post, $675 has been raised.

Neither Stassi nor Kristen have issued statements in response to Faith’s allegations or the GoFundMe page at this time.
