ICYMI: Madison LeCroy is on the move! The pregnant Southern Charm cast member and her growing family have put their Charleston home on the market and are ready to start fresh in a new house.
And while Madison is keeping many of the details about the new abode to herself for the time being, she did reveal some details in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish recently and later spilled even more on social media.
Madison noted that the new place can accommodate her family as she expects her first child with her husband, Brett Randle. She, of course, is already a proud mom to her son, Hudson (whom she co-parents with her ex-husband). "Let's just say...it's exactly what we need," she said in an email to The Daily Dish earlier this month. "More space, more charm, and plenty of room for our family to grow."
Madison LeCroy explains why she's moving amid pregnancy
Since then, Madison shared a similar update about her new house on Instagram Stories just this week, in which she opened up about why now felt like the right time to move. She addressed people "talking about my house. Like, 'Why would you move?' and 'Oh my God, it was a dream,' and things like that. I'm like, 'Yeah, it was my dream 3 years ago, but like that's kind of changed now, don't you think?'"
That big change being, of course, that she's now pregnant. Madison continued: "But also if you know me, I'm not gonna move into something that's worse. I'm gonna move into something better, bigger, grander, more charming, all the things. So don't worry, what I have in store next is gonna blow your mind, especially when I'm all finished with things that I'm gonna change. Now, I won't be able to do that at first because I'll be house-poor, but that's OK. Anyways, don't underestimate me. That's where you go wrong. Just know it's gonna be bigger and better."
Details on Madison LeCroy's Charleston house listing
Previously, Madison gave BravoTV.com an exclusive tour of the Daniel Island house, which was listed on the market for $1.75 million in March 2024. The home reportedly has found a buyer just weeks after hitting the market (Madison also reshared the report to her Instagram Stories).
Madison's 2,858-square-foot house is located in the Charleston neighborhood of Daniel Island. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a home gym, and a gourmet kitchen, in addition to plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. The home also includes multiple outdoor porches and tons of amenities.

Yes, the new place is in the Charleston area. Why? Well, she added when chatting with The Daily Dish: "Charleston is home, and it's where we want to raise our children. I wouldn't trade it for anything."

"Honestly, we've loved this house, but it's time for something that fits where we're headed next," she told The Daily Dish.
