The ex-couple attended Strictly professional dancers Karen Hauer and Gorka Marquez's Speakeasy Tour on Tuesday at London's Adelphi Theatre but refused to even acknowledge each other at the celebrity event.
It was the first time the pair, who split up in February, had been in the same room since the BRIT Awards, where they also blanked each other at the music ceremony.
Former Love Island star Maura, 34, flew back from Coachella festival in Los Angeles to attend Karen and Gorka's show, where Pete, 37, reunited with his ex-Strictly pro partner, Jowita Przystal, on the red carpet.
The night continued from the theatre show to a bar in Covent Garden but Maura and Pete, who both joined in on the festivities, 'kept in different crowds' and 'didn't even look in each other's direction.'

A source revealed: 'Maura and Pete certainly didn't expect to be at the same theatre show and afterparty on Tuesday, but they mix in similar cycles, so it's bound to happen on occasion.
'They completely ignored each other the entire evening and refused to even exchange pleasantries, which clearly indicates that they ended on very bad terms.
'No kind words were shared in the aftermath of their split and now the friendship that they once had is completely over too.'
Pete happily posed for photographs with former Strictly pro partner Jowita while Maura dodged being pictured at the event.
Dancers Kai Widdrington, Lauren Oakley, and Amy Dowden, were also in the audience at the final night of Karen and Gorka's Speakeasy Tour.
