That didn’t take long.

The new owners of Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne’s longtime Pasadena, California home have listed the property for rent at $38,000 per month, The Post has learned.

It only took four months after Tao Jun and Peng Tao, the joint tenants, purchased the foreclosed home for $8 million before deciding to put it back on the market.

Jun and Tao have not moved in themselves and it appears they have cleared out most of Girardi and Jayne’s belongings — with exception to some furniture and books in the library.

Made up of four bedrooms and six baths, the roughly 10,300-square-foot mansion is situated on nearly 2 acres of land close to the Annandale Golf Club.

Initially listed at $13 million, the home previously spent a year and a half on the market until it sold in November after five different price cuts.

Girardi purchased the estate back in 1980 for only $1.3 million.

Wei Lei with Harvest Realty Development holds the listing.

The former attorney allegedly misappropriated millions intended for Lion Air Flight 610 crash victims — amid other lawsuits — forcing him into bankruptcy.

According to court documents obtained by The Post, in Girardi’s ongoing bankruptcy case, a total of $517 million in claims has been filed against his law firm.

The latest update to his involuntary Chapter 7 case shows a judge has signed off Girardi’s life insurance policies being seized — which total $85,341.85.

Jayne is not listed as an owner of the property and is not liable.

The Bravo reality star has denied knowing anything about her husband’s dealings and has refused to cough up any money or information.

She filed for divorce from Girardi after 20 years of marriage in November 2020.

Meanwhile, Jayne, 51, has been living in a modest LA rental.
