First, she took the time to downsize and revamp her lifestyle after divorcing Thomas Girardi. Erika was then patient until she was finally vindicated in several legal issues surrounding the former attorney.
Through it all, her creative director, Mikey Minden, has been by her side to help guide her career. He has collaborated with her on music videos, performances, and other projects. You may not personally love an Erika Jayne performance, but youâve got to acknowledge the time she pours into her career.

Erika and Mikey Have Worked Together for Nearly a Decade

The two have been teaming up for years, and Mikeyâs standards for Erika are high. âMikey and I have worked together hand in hand for so many years, and I could have never done âBet It All on Blondeâ without him,â explained the reality star in a RHOBHâs confessional.
âAnd heâs frustrated with me. It puts tension where weâve never had tension before, but itâs not out of him being spiteful,â she continued. âItâs Mikey wanting the best.â
While they seemed to hit a bit of a rocky patch, these days, Erika and Mikey seem to be back on good terms.
Erika and Mikey Are Still Working and Playing Together
Perhaps the Vegas residency didnât go exactly as they had hoped, but Erika is still trusting Mikeyâs guidance. She was recently contracted to perform at Mighty Hoopla in London. According to Bravoâs The Daily Dish, Mikey was her creative director for the performance at the event. He was also on hand to celebrate Erikaâs competing on âThe Masked Singer.â
Mikey also recently commemorated his birthday with an Instagram post.
Erika replied, âHappy birthday, my friend. It only gets better! Hereâs to the next chapter of your fabulous journey full of love and happiness. I love you, Mikey.â He replied, saying, âLOVE YOU.â
These two recognize their strengths when they work together, despite some inevitable bumps along the way. It will be interesting to see what they come up with next.
