Erika Jayne Faces Default In Designer Marco Marco’s Florida Case Against Her

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Erika Girardi faces default in Marco Morante‘s Florida lawsuit against her.Erika Jayne Drops Her Skin-Care Routine | Glamour

Thanks to Attorney Ronald Richards for the information from the legal docs!

This gets a bit confusing, so here’s a quick breakdown …

Marco Marco is a design team featuring the talents of Marco Morante and Christopher Psaila.

Marco is suing Erika in Florida. Her lawyer is Jim Wilkes. In California, Marco Morante is suing her. Her lawyer is (maybe was) Evan Borges.

His business partner, Christopher Psaila, is suing her in California over the failed secret service case against Psaila.

Erika’s defaulted lawsuit deets:

Erika’s Florida attorney “didn’t file his motion to dismiss correctly and failed to show up for the case management conference. The Court struck the motion and is allowing a default to be taken.”

Erika “is in hot water now and is on the verge of losing this lawsuit.”

Legal docs prove “Erika Girardi did not file a reply brief for her appeal of the denial of her motion to dismiss the Christopher Psaila complaint in the 9th Circuit.” According to Ronald Richards, “This never happens.”

“Second, she is facing an imminent default in Florida. An extension was granted for her reply brief. But, Evan Borges never filed one.” Ronald Richard’s team “reached out to her attorney to ask him if anything was going on other than the obvious reason … He is not being paid.”

“The response was crickets,” from Erika.

Erika’s well runneth dry:

“The multiple legal actions and the price tag have now caught up with her. The lawsuit benefactor well looks like it is becoming dry.”

Ronald doesn’t think her LA attorney, Evan Borges, was paid for this one “to save some money as Jim is licensed in Florida.”
