s the second longest-standing diamond holder on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika Jayne knows a thing or two about what it's like to film a reunion.
The Chicago actress, who is returning to the role of Roxie Hart on January 20, recently chatted with The Daily Dish about who she thinks will have the most to answer to at the reunion, which will also feature castmates Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke, Garcelle Beauvais, Bozoma Saint John, and friends Jennifer Tilly and Kathy Hilton.
After navigating her separation from Tom Girardi and dealing with his subsequent legal issues for several seasons of RHOBH, Erika is in a new chapter on Season 14. Her close pals and castmates Dorit and Kyle, however, are going through difficult times in their respective personal lives.
As a result, Erika thinks that Dorit, who announced her split from Paul "PK" Kemsley in May 2024, will have a lot to explain at the Season 14 reunion.
"Well, of course it’s Dorit's season. I mean, I kicked off the divorce spree or the separation spree, whatever you wanna call it," she said. "My life blew up first. Then Kyle's blew up and now Dorit’s blowing up. So, you know, who’s next?"
That said, Erika does think she's likely safe from the hot seat at this season's reunion.
"There are degrees of heat in the hot seat and I think mine is relatively low compared to previous seasons where it was scalding hot," she concluded about how she's feeling ahead of the Season 14 gathering. "So, I'm fine."
How Erika Jayne prepares for RHOBH reunions
The mom of one also revealed how she gets ready for a reunion day.
"Well, I watch the episodes. That's my preparation. I don't go in there with a list of bullet points of who I wanna cuss out or anything like that," she joked in early January. "That's never been my style."
Erika also noted that watching the episodes back is helpful because they were "shot months ago, and who can remember?" Plus, it's also important for her to know "what people say about you when they're not in your presence."
But, she's still not rehearsing anything ahead of time. "Like, be yourself up there," she said about what she always tries to do on the reunion stage.
