Teddi Mellencamp’s estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, revealed in his divorce response that they have a prenuptial agreement in place.
According to Arroyave’s filing — obtained by Page Six on Friday — he and the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum signed a contract before their July 2011 wedding that allegedly states “all assets, income from all sources and obligations of each party are his/her separate property.”
Meanwhile, in Mellencamp’s petition — which she filed Nov. 1 — she claimed that “the true nature and extent of [her] separate property assets and debts are unknown at this time” and asked the court “to amend this petition when same has been ascertained.”
According to Arroyave, 47, the pair’s prenup “sets forth the terms regarding the amount and duration of spousal support to be paid,” whereas Mellencamp, 43, asked for spousal support but checked the box to block the court’s ability to award him the same.

While she wants the former Skyline Security CEO to pay her attorney’s fees and costs, he reiterated in his response that the court should enforce what he and his estranged wife agreed to in their prenup.
Arroyave listed the duo’s date of separation as Nov. 1, while Mellencamp claimed it was Oct. 20 — even though they packed on the PDA at a charity event four days later.
The businessman is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their three children: daughter Slate, 12, son Cruz, 10, and daughter Dove, 4.
He is also a dad to daughter Isabella, 15, from a previous relationship.
Mellencamp, for her part, requested primary legal and physical custody with Arroyave having “reasonable and frequent” visitation.

Arroyave and Mellencamp agreed that their reason for splitting was “irreconcilable differences,” with the latter going on to tell her “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast listeners that she would be keeping the details of the breakup close to her chest for the sake of their kids.
The former Bravolebrity announced on Nov. 2 that she was divorcing Arroyave after 13 years of marriage.
“After a great deal of care and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce,” she wrote in a statement posted on Instagram.

“My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and wellbeing throughout this new chapter.”
Mellencamp — the daughter of famed musician John Mellencamp — noted that “making a public statement” was “not something [she] wanted to do,” but she felt “being open, honest and vulnerable” would help “protect [her] family from undue speculation and rumors.”
Hours after she shared the news, she was photographed wearing her wedding ring while out and about in Los Angeles.
Arroyave, for his part, has alluded to the split via his Instagram Story with a cryptic message about “dark days,” a selfie showing him and his brood heading to church and various Bible verses related to praying over one’s children.

Teddi previously admitted that she and Arroyave almost got divorced in 2017 during her first season on “RHOBH,” which backs a recent report that their breakup was “a long time coming.”
An insider told Us Weekly earlier this week that the twosome had “been up and down for the last seven-plus years” before she finally decided to pull the plug on their relationship.
“This isn’t the first time Teddi has wanted a divorce, and it has been an ongoing conversation between them for years,” the source said.
They reportedly tried to work out their issues in therapy after experiencing “some really high highs and low lows over the course of their marriage,” but they ultimately “agreed they are better as co-parents and can be amicable moving forward.”
