When the Philadelphia Eagles trounced the Los Angeles Rams back in November, neither team was fully healthy.
DeVonta Smith and many other starters on the roster weren't available for the Eagles while Los Angeles was also missing key players throughout the game.
It's for that reason that the Eagles know they won't be able to walk into the Divisional Round of the playoffs and expect to win another 37-20 laugher as they did two months ago.
That's the major-changes message head coach Nick Sirianni has at least had with his players.
"This is a good football team with really good players, really good quarterback and I can't tell you how much respect I have for Sean McVay and the coach that he is," Sirianni said.
On paper, the Rams aren't anything special. They don't have a top-10 offense, their defense is one of the worst against the run, and overall they have struggled to deal with some of the more physical teams in the league.
That doesn't mean they aren't a dangerous roster, though.
With a top quarterback in Matthew Stafford, a top coach in McVay, and a team that has gone from 1-4 to a 10-win roster, the Rams are considered one of the top playoff contenders left standing.
What the Eagles may have been able to do during the regular season is irrelevant at this time of year.
Especially with a championship-caliber roster like the one Los Angeles has.
