DWTS pro Jenna Johnson flashes rock-hard abs as she practices with Bachelor Joey Graziadei ahead of season 33 premiere

DANCING with the Stars pro Jenna Johnson was all-smiles during a recent practice session with former Bachelor Joey Graziadei.

The Bachelor alum, who appeared on season 28 of the show, will compete alongside Jenna, 30, for the Mirrorball Trophy when the new season gets underway on September 17.

And it looks like the professional dancer is in fighting form, after Jenna was spotted during rehearsals with Joey on Thursday, September 5.

Jenna was all-smiles as she walked into the studio, while carrying two Starbucks drinks, presumably including one for Joey, with her.

The ballroom dancer showed off her toned physique in a plunging black, bra top, paired with loose, low-waist cargo pants, and chunky black slides.

"I'm really excited about his ability," she began, adding, "He's not a dancer.

"But he can really pick it up, and he's so smart that he can process what I'm saying, and I'm really excited about that."

Joey also reacted to competing against The Bachelorette Jenn Tran, who joins the show last-minute after her brief engagement to Devin Strader ended in heartbreak.

"I'm excited," he told the outlet. "I mean Bachelor Nation runs deep, right? They always do DWTS so it’s an exciting opportunity and we’re just gonna have fun with it."

Joey also confirmed his fiancée Kelsey Anderson will be in the audience cheering him on, adding, "She actually really pushed for to do this, we're just gonna enjoy this time."

Jenna added, "We're going to get you ready for your first dance," referring to Joey and Kelsey's impending wedding.

The teaching tennis pro, 28, handed out his final rose to Kelsey, during the season 28 finale of The Bachelor in March.

In an interview with People shortly after, the couple revealed they were in no rush to walk down the aisle after Joey's proposal.

"We want to promise our lives together, but we don't want to rush it," he explained. "It's time now to enjoy this. We have the rest of our lives to celebrate it.

"We're going to take it day by day and just enjoy this time," Joey added.

JENNA'S DWTS HISTORY

Jenna teased her return to the ABC/Disney+ show last month with a series of sexy selfies on Instagram, announcing that she was back in California.

DWTS is filmed at the Television City Studios in Los Angeles.

Jenna's outfit in the photos led to early fan speculation that she would be paired with Joey, as fans gushed over their potential partnership.

The former DWTS: Athletes champ wore a white, sleeveless dress, with roses all over it, as her followers noticed Jenna's nod to The Bachelor.

"Jenna & JOEY [rose emojis] yes!!!" one person posted.

"[red rose emoji] = @joeygraziadei is her partner this season on #DWTS?" wondered a second commenter.

"Joey and Jenna," a third penned.

"Eekkkkk does this mean you're back this season?!" questioned a fourth fan.

"And hopefully doing Dancing with the Stars!!!!" posted a fifth.

Jenna appeared on DWTS in the troupe from season 18 to 22 and then had a partner in season 23, season 26 through season 30, and season 32.

She made series history when Jenna was JoJo Siwa in DWTS' first same-sex couple in season 30.

They finished in second place.

Jenna is married to fellow DWTS pro Val Chmerkovskiy and the couple welcomed their son Rome Chmerkovski last February.
